I have been so addicted to sugar I once sleepwalked to the pantry and ate half a box of cookies, and didn’t hardly remember it in the morning (but the evidence was sitting by my bed).

I went through my old photo albums today to heal some inner child stuff in regard to sexual shame.
It turns out that I always had PU$$Y Power – but by the time I was a five, I somehow learned to partially shut it down because it’s not safe or okay to have a pussy or be a turned on female.
It’s not safe to be a strong holder of the Feminine because it’s bad, or because you’ll get attacked or raped. Or even worse, because your sacred sexuality will be deemed dirty and wrong.
Somehow in my subconscious, I learned that it would be my fault if the Big Bad Wolf (the dark masculine) wanted to ravish my inner child who was so curious and delighted by her own innocent pleasure, play, and sexuality.
In truth, we are all born out of sex and primal creation energy. The universe is created from sacred sexual energy, and it’s neither good nor bad: it just is.
It isn’t young or old, male or female. Sacrilegious or religious. It just is!
When we embrace our infinite eternal sexuality, and except that it always was and will be okay, then we are free and no longer receive sexual attack energy. Because the sexual attack energy comes in where were we are repressing it; it comes to tell us “wake up” or “I am here!”
Open up. Forgive and accept your sacred sexuality, forgive and accept the attackers as part of your own shadow and love it.
Love everything and everyone who comes towards your sacred chalice or blade (symbols of the sacred feminine and masculine). We exist for one reason and only one, which is to answer the ancient question: “What is creation?” And then from there, everything exists and we got to play… It gets pretty exciting, doesn’t it?!

Dancing is an ancient sacred ritual all humans have done through the ages to heal, celebrate, purify, and co-create. One of the little known things about dance is that it can be a secret Law of Attraction weapon, particularly in the area of attracting financial abundance, or ‘AbunDance.’ In this blog, I will teach you how to hula/hoolah in the moolah so that you can live in 6-figure BLI$$ and beyond.
In shamanism and metaphysics, everything is energy. Dance has a powerful capacity to move invisible energy through the chakras, auric fields, and across the planet, to bring out healing and awakened consciousness. The energy grids can get stuck in fear, and dance transmutes blocks through with waves, bouncing, and shimmying, and bliss itself. Every time I feel stuck and go dance, it’s like an instant mood makeover, and you get a better body too! 
Many of us High-Healed Priestesses are energetically stuck in the past with our spiritual relationship with money.
- Some of us make money at day jobs without our hearts in it.

Clearing. Cleansing. Hoping. Praying in the New Money Paradigm Shift. Intense shifting happening on the planet in regard to money, or at least in my world.
I am shifting from a ME paradigm into a WE paradigm. And while it’s beautiful, it’s also frigging painful and uncomfortable!
I had a dream about a former biz coach of mine earlier this year, and she was wealthy and famous. She had a home the size of a football stadium, famous celeb clients from LA, and her hair was shiny and perfect. But she was alone and miserable in her success, and the more rich and famous she became, the less people were able to truly see her, know her, and love her for her.
I could’ve been that! I used to want that!
I would subconsciously say “Love me for my success, love me for my body, love me for my wealth!” It was the little girl inside of me aching to be seen by her father.
In the dream my former coach was so sad, and alone, like a child wearing alone in her room, and I witnessed the emptiness she felt in her heart.
Because if love is money and you don’t share the wealth with many others who love (you, them, the New Earth, money itself) then what’s the point?
Something is shifting in me… I am falling more in love with dreaming up the new earth eco villages than I am with success, wealth, and looks (though I DO want it all as long as it’s in harmony with God/dess and Gaia).
I am on a path of Twin Flame Love and discovering who I am as a spirit, and having a body who needs resources. Who needs love.
I am unwilling to become super duper wealthy until I feel in my bones why I am doing this…
Money is not a big enough reason for us High-Healed Priestesses to become wealthy.
I have discovered that as a shaman and a BLI$$ness woman I have an immense capacity to rake in tons of dough. It’s easy for me. Yet is it sustainable for the planet for me to have several homes in exotic places, and is it healthy for everyone around me to witness my power if I don’t share it with them?
I have always wanted to be rich and famous, for as long as I can remember. I am both in love with and afraid of the reality that I am creating; as I receive large paychecks, become successful, and go on television I’ll continually be asking questions. What if living the American dream is actually unhealthy for me, for us, and for the planet? What if it’s not sustainable for everyone to become millionaires?
Am I going to rape the earth with my giant mansions with five car garages? And what if I send my kids to private schools that teach them that mental academics are more important and sacred than their own intuition, that success in the physical world is more important than success in their spiritual growth and happiness?
Can we really continue to grow our wealth as we grow our consciousness. And vice versa?
I do believe that their answers to these questions, and very good ones. But I don’t believe will figure it out all at once… I believe we have to have conversations, time for contemplation, and room for error. I also feel that other conscious millionaires and six-figure earners have a responsibility and helping the newbies guide the way and share feedback. Especially the vulnerable kind of where you have gone wrong and had to U-turn.
I recently ran into my former coach at a networking event. I felt a great deal of relief when she stood up in the group to share that she has been rewiring her business and taking a break because she is looking for more fulfillment. She’s looking for a more conscious and joyous path of doing business, and that the money is not enough. Thank God!
I am in the midst of a mid 6-figure crisis and I am figuring it out. Just sharing this feels like a blessing. I am so grateful for having this space to share my experience, fears, and wisdom. Namaste.

When we are in the state of orgasm, we are in the present moment because the energy is flowing so quickly, it becomes one with the Higher Dimensions; darkness and stuck energy cannot exist there, so we can easily release the past.

- Never assume you know who your Twin Flame is unless they’re in 100% agreement to committing to you (I meet hundreds of people who think they know who their Twin Flame is but it’s often a Karmic Soulmate coming in from a trauma/past wound or karma). Be open to the mystery in this meditation
- You might want to give yourself a gentle full body massage with coconut oil, rose essential oils, sandalwood, frankincense or any other sacred oils that call you
- I take a bite of raw chocolate to activate my physical energy centers (Edible Goddess is the highest vibration I can find)
- Call in your angels for psychic protection, or use your favorite psychic protection tools
- As you begin to touch yourself, start to feel your 7 chakras flowing and flooding with light
- Anchor your root chakra to the center of the earth (Mother Earth) with intentions of grounding
- Anchor your crown chakra to the cosmos (Father Sky) with intentions of expanding
- Bring in a golden thread of light from your cosmic energy to your earth energy, going back and forth, Divine Feminine Earth to Divine Masculine cosmos
- Feel your heart “pedals” unfolding, where the earth and sky merge within your body
- Envision your sacred sexual centers activating, water and fire coming together
- If you are female, contract your yoni and begin to call in your Twin Flame with pulsations and contractions
- The job of the feminine is to call in the masculine energy. So if your Twin Flame is the more masculine side of your soul, then call his/her energy in with the energy of the void
- Feel the sexiness of your body, mind, and soul. Validate yourself “I am worthy of my Twin Flame”
- See or imagine his or her aura coming into the room to meet you, 7 light chakras in the room
- As he or she enters your field of light, feel it, study it, savor it. Welcome him or her and see where you connect first

- During orgasm, allow your Twin Flame’s male seed energy to come into the center of your womb, entering the sacred void space
- When hitting the end of your peak orgasmic state, send out a wave or really a grid of light and see it being wrapped around the earth. Ask your Higher Self to find and activate your Twin Flame with this love activation!
