I actually recently hit my own struggles with darkness and it was quite a journey returning the crown back on my Crown Chakra. It happens to all High-Healed Priestesses!
My Twin Flame Jack and I just spent the summer between Europe and the East Coast. We stayed in a few spooky old farmouses and castles in France, Vermont, and Upstate New York…places that felt, well, a little HAUNTED! Here’s a pic of me in front of the super spooky haunted barn.
Since returning to San Diego a few days ago, I have been noticing an upper limit to my magic….Something just felt off.
Even all four of our websites went down with malware, even after we’d invested hundreds of dollars in getting them clean! It’s as if the demons are saying they wanted to destroy everything in their path….
But I decided that I am DONE with darkness, and I am ready to spread my light fully!
Would you like to release the darkness too, to tap into your peak priestess performance?
Great! It’s time! By claiming your energy field and building a radiant shield of protection (divine light), you are making room for your Twin Flame to come in.
Your Twin Flame will only be attracted to your soul when he/she an actually recognize your soul, which means your auric field needs to be squeaky clean. No energy blocks or old cobwebs sister!
Here are some juicy goddess tools I have used over the years that really work to spruce up the ol’ energy field. They’ll help you call in your Twin Flame and virtually anything your gorgeous soul desires.
But first…Note that there are many ways to clear an aura.
Here are four useful principles to help you get and keep your aura clean:
- You’ll want to clean your aura regularly, as a practice, and also clear your home and office, and wherever else you spend your time regularly.
- Also, dark energy must be cleared out with love and light, not fear, panic, or paranoia. Love and compassion are the the holiest of sanitizers, like a psychic version of Purell!
- I also suggest having a huge sense of humor, and laughing at the darkness and silly demons (maybe even cackle to loosen things up!).
- Practice makes perfect, and over time you’ll realize how sensitive you are to unclean energy, and you’ll get better at keeping things pristine.
Tips to Cleanse Your Aura
Feather dust! Take a feather–I like wild turkey feathers or ostrich feathers—and ‘dust’ your aura from head to toe, down the arms, down through the feet, and throw all the negative energy into an invisible drain that returns it to the center of the earth.
Light Shower
Turn on the shower of white light, or the violet flame (a cleansing ray), use a rose hue, or anything thing will do! Imagine light pouring down from the heavens and cleansing the parts of you that feel triggered or stuck.
Golden Egg of Protection
This energy field filters out negative energy trying to get in. Sometimes I see women 
attempting to call in their Twin Flame, but because they aren’t protecting their auras, they’ll keep calling in dark energy which keeps the Karmic Soulmates, Twin Flame Counterfeits, and lower vibrations coming in…
To use this tool, the Golden Egg of Protection, place a bubble–something that looks like a golden egg–around you, about 12-18 inches outside of your body. This sits just at the edge of your aura. Make sure if you have a tendency to have big aura to tuck in your aura so it fits inside this bubble so you’re not up in everyone else’s energy fields! This will help untangle you from other people’s drama and help you claim your own power so you can really step into self-love.
Additionally, you may place any symbols of protection you like in the Golden Egg of Protection, like Egyptian ankhs, Mary Magdalene roses, pagan crosses, merkaba, etc at the edge of the egg and watch energy bounce right off.
Goddess Cleansing Bathing Rituals
Clear things up with the holy sacrament of water! Water be used in ritual to bless our body that is made of water, and our soul that vibrates at the merkaba structure that is held within water.
Use Himalayan or Dead Sea salt to neutrailze negatively charged energy in your aura. Or take a dip in the ocean! The negative ions will balance you out.
Boost your bathing rituals by saying a prayer asking your angels and guides to remove negative and toxic energy. I like to add epsom salts, essential oils, and herbs. Most essential oils have some cleansing properties, though I really like peppermint, lavender, frankincense, and rosemary for cleansing.
It’s crucial to clear your aura of energy from exes, past lovers, your parents and ancestors, and doing an intentional ceremony to help clear out your past from these energies and spirits will be of use. Otherwise, you may get caught in a Twin Flame Runner and Chaser loop, where you try to pull in your partner, but there are past energy blocks impeding him or her from coming in.
Design your own cleansing bathing ritual and use the energy from the fire before and after your bath with smudging.
Smudging
I normally smudge daily, and I wish I’d done this during my travels!
I was once told by a psychic that it is scientifically impossible for ghosts (spirits without bodies) to reside in homes that have been smudged. Dunno if it’s true, but I’ll take that! I like the way that smudging feels–so purifying! You can use palo santo, cedar, sweet grass, or frankincense as well.
Smudging with sage or other plants clears out negative energy in your aura and in area you’re in. Take an abalone shell and place a handful of loose white sage inside and light them. Or use a smudge bundle and light the leaves.
Allow the sage to smoulder and wave this smoke using a feather or fan into your aura or area of the room with stagnant energy.
Pass the smudge across your heart and hold it there for a few moments stating “I clear unhealed heartbreaks from my past and I now step into a Twin Flame frequency at my heart
Don’t forget to smudge the bottoms of your feet to get grounded, and your crown chakra, and also smudge closets, bookshelves (all that mental energy!), and corners extra well. Enjoy the difference after a good smoke down!
These tools are each super powerful in their own right, and you can use them at your own pleasure, leisure, and way.

The Parisii settled, built their Temple of Isis, and brought their secret rites and mystery school teachings of the Middle Eastern goddess.
Paris: Pleasure Capital
Indeed, Paris may very well be the capital of what I call ‘PU$$Y Power‘…
Isis, the Egyptian Goddess of Love, is linked to the same goddess energy of Venus, Aphrodite, Ashtar, Innana, Lakshmi, Kuan Yin, and Mary Magdalene.
Isis and her Twin Flame Osiris gave birth to their daughter, Bast. Bast was the goddess of cats, passion, the moon, the rising sun, of enlightenment, sisterhood, sexuality, pleasure, fertility, bounty, arts, and battler of serpents.
Bast was also called Pasht or Pasch, among other names.
Pasht is said to be the ancient origin of the word ‘pussy’ and of ‘passion’ too!
To call in your Twin Flame, we women must embrace our inner womb wisdom–aka your PU$$Y Power.
PU$$Y Power resides within each of us. All women are born with it, though it is meant to be awakened or ‘initiated’ when we go from being the virgin (Divine Daughter), to being the maiden (Twin Flame Bride).
Unfortunately, most of us received no initiation rite to awaken our PU$$Y Power. Or even worse, some of us underwent negative sexual experiences that harmed our sacred womb wisdom.
Our job then is to clear the womb and to positively reawaken the PU$$Y Power and align it with pleasure…
The reason I spell pussy ‘PU$$Y’ this way is because you can see ‘Isis’ within the word, as well as the dollar signs which also represent the Twin Flame Kundalini energy. ISIS=$$, representing the kundalini that runs up and down the two sides of the spine, like infinite dollar signs.
Plus, PU$$Y Power is priceless… When it’s activated, we can attract anything with it with our very own pleasure!

I believe that living in pleasure is what takes to create a and sustain a Twin Flame relationship. I also feel that women are the wisdomkeepers of the family and of the Sacred Union.
We hold that wombspace for the relationship to thrive, don’t we? That’s why we must start out by pleasing ourselves first.
Having an ongoing sensual practice is so vital. Whether you learn my Manifest With Orgasm (MWO) practice, or use some other daily pleasure practice, keep the pleasure flowing!
Lastly, the odd thing is that we’re programmed to undervalue pleasure, and to over-value looking like we’re living in pleasure when we’re not!
To create what I call your Twin Flame Life with your divine partner, you’ll have to become the queen of all of your 11 Twin Flame Chakras spinning at pleasure.
That’s why it’s important to invest in your pleasure: create time, funds, and fun for pleasure. Life is short, and the rewards of pleasure are SWEET!

Before we get started with these 3 secrets , I want to underline that Jack and I spend most of our efforts helping our clients clear out their Twin Flame Love Blocks–the old patterns that hold them back from manifesting their ultimate partner.
Truly, we are simply looking at ourselves in the Twin Flame Mirror: when we heal ourselves, we can quickly call in the love we desire. Thus, before using these tips, I highly suggest working with an expert or participating in a program that will quickly help you identify and bust your Twin Flame Love Blocks so you don’t attract a Twin Flame Counterfeits–a false Twin Flame who run and never give you the love you deserve.
OK, here we go, these are the three secrets to Divine Dating. Note that I list these in ascending order, so the most important secret is at the bottom.
Secret #1: Date Selfishly
This secret doesn’t sound very divine or heart-centered, but it actually is. In reality, when we come from a place of trying to please and appease others, we don’t do justice to us. You are your biggest responsibility and asset. When you put yourself last or even second, it tells the Universe that you don’t regard yourself as the most important center of your YOUniverse. Without honoring your desires, no one can truly hold the space for you either. No one can really fully connect with you when you aren’t connected to you.
Dating selfishly shows the other person you have a self–which is a total turn on to the enlightened guy or gal! You’ll attract your equal–someone else who is rocking his or her soul purpose and who has a strong sense of self. Then, and only then, you can become a Twin Flame Power Couple.
Start by stepping into your desires with a desires journal. Start writing down your biggest dreams and desires regularly if you don’t do this already. It will send a message to the Universe that you are ready for what your heart desires so you can call it in. There are some helpful ways to write Twin Flame affirmations in this blog here.
Secret # 2: Treat Each Date As Your Husband/Wife
I know this may sound odd, but if you can treat the entire world as your Twin Flame, you begin to embody a Twin Flame frequency…
Most singles tend to make chit chat, try to act like they’ve got all their stuff together, and show their best self in front of a first date… But they don’t go deep and they miss the window of golden opportunity to really get to know someone.
Don’t waste your time. Go on a date and pretend that you are meeting a Divine King or Queen. Open your heart and speak to this person with the fullest respect, gentle listening presence, and hold them with love.
What I truly mean here is: treat the men/women you date as sacred beings. Know that you were divinely guided to connected with each other, by no mistake.
Treat them how you want to be treated as a goddess, knowing that this person was meant to go on a date with you, goddess! Hold that space for them, and soon the space will be held for you.
Basically, this one is the Golden Rule of Divine Dating… Treat others as you want to be treated, and hope that one of them will treat you as well as you’ve been treating them!
The good karma will come around fast.
I know it isn’t always easy to put yourself out there with a stranger and treat them with love at first glance. But this is what we Twin Flame Lovers must do.

It’s not easy…Trust me, I have gone out with many men on many bad dates, so I can imagine what you’re thinking of my advice right now! But give it a chance with unattached love.
I am not saying to mistreat yourself, to endanger yourself, or to break your sacred boundaries. Nope! In fact, I teach my clients how to own their ‘Sacred No’ so they can express love and say no to anyone while remaining in integrity…it’s what you do to honor and respect your Twin Flame because they are merely a reflection of you (to respect them it starts at you).
When I was dating, I started practicing treating each date as if he were my Twin Flame. I treated each man with the most respect, loving attention and care, and I communicated my thoughts openly.
I am a very open and loving spirit, but I was conditioned to hold it back because it’s not ‘normal’ to speak your thoughts so openly, especially on a first date. Maybe you feel the same way? You notice yourself meeting new people and hiding parts of yourself?
That’s natural. I mean why should we share who we really are and treat new people like they are divine reflections of us? Often they were uncomfortable with it anyways…
I pissed a few men off because I spoke my heart, and what I shared wasn’t always something they wanted to hear, like “I feel like you want to kiss me right now, and I am honored by that, but I am not feeling an urge to be kissed by you.” Sometimes disappointing people in a loving way towards you is the best way to treat them as your Twin Flame.
Which leads us to secret # 3…
Secret # 3: Know That That it Is all Happening for a Divine Purpose
We think about dating as a have-to and a headache. We dread dating most of the time, especially these days where Tinder and all the online apps make it so convenient, yet such a hassle!
Most of us think of going on dates as this treacherous duty we have to fulfill and that God/Universe is not looking out for us. We think of it as random, haphazard, and that if we date duds we’re just unlucky.
I have dated many duds, but I look back and each dud dude was a divine gift. Wow! If only I’d seen it then…
I was dating mismatches because they were mirroring the way I was receiving and perceiving myself. Then I started sending love to the duds and consciously letting them go, and at the same time I let go parts of myself that weren’t allowing me to shine and believe that I could have the perfect match.
It was then that I met my perfect Twin Flame, my fiancé Jack.
What if you were to think about dating as a divinely matched healing experience, where whatever and whomever you manifested is part of the reality you are creating?
Truly, every little nuance of a date is created for you, by you, to learn and grow. To see old patterns and release them.
This takes you from victim to victor, where you can really start creating your Twin Flame Life using the Law of Attraction. Then you can start seeing the miracles, the lessons, the gifts in each moment. Even the not-so-pretty moments.
Sure, you’re dating with the intention to meet and marry your Twin Flame. But you have to let go of expectations and surrender to the moment. You will call in your beloved, but it may take a few more dates, lessons, and adventures. Keep healing yourself, keep working with your mentors and getting the help you need to identify and bust your Twin Flame Love Blocks so you don’t repeat unhealthy programs and patterns.
Then, you will be on a date with your Twin Flame soon, and this will all be history 🙂
Each day is a sacred dance, as the earth rotates around its axis we learn and grow a little bit more towards the light. Maybe your date next Tuesday won’t be the one, but it will be the one for that date, that day, that hour…Bring him or her your fullest presence, for you are a gift. I love using the astral (dream) realms to heal myself, particularly when I have tried everything under the sun on the waking world and nothing works.
Last night I studied and played for 8 hours in the astral realms. All shamanic cultures incorporate dreams into their healing work, and this is where I give and receive massive healings and activations.
I’ll share this healing dream download with you as an example of how you can heal in your dreams.
I was watching these beautiful codes: numbers and symbols, floating in space. They were intricate and intentional created by the Higher Powers.
I was ‘told’ by a Higher Mind (within myself and within the dreamtime) that the digit one is a key, as it unlocks the heart(s) of The All. For everything is made up of 1s and zeros!
The Masculine is represented by 1s, and the Feminine by womb-like zeros.
Yoni = 0
Lingam = 1
Together, patterns of 1s and 0s create our entire Universe.
In the dream I found that one of the ways to heal ourselves and the planet is by using these codes in meditation.
The old codes are the past codes of pain, like that heartbreak you just can’t seem to shake. Or your issues with men, money, your body, depression, etc.
The old codes don’t feel blissful and light, so they are here to be unlocked, so we can move from the past pain into presence and pleasure. So women and men can thrive in sexy, successful, soul-based and soul purpose-based partnerships. So our children are born into healed hearts and wombs, from proud loving seeds of vivacious consciousness!
We are all One, and no one on this planet no matter how separate they may feel can escape this!
Therefore, through Oneness, we can heal ourselves and the planet in the dreamtime. These are the 3 tools I hope may inspire and support your healing:
STEP ONE: Have a Dream Journal
A dream journal is a journal you place by your bed that you fill primarily with dream notes. It holds energy, wisdom, and magic for you while you sleep. During your divine download time at night, the dream journal will be there waiting your notes as you experience dreams and healings.
When I first got a dream journal, I instantly began remembering my dreams. I had more dreams, better dreams, and was able to become more lucid and thus moved myself around in dreams.
STEP TWO: Have an Orgasm Before Bedtime
What did you say crazy lady!? Yes, although this tip sounds a bit odd, this tip really works. In order to awaken your dreamtime chakras, it helps to have the orgasmic energies running through your body. So play with yourself or a partner and while you’re orgasming have the intention to bring this magic into the dreamtime.
I often have orgasms during my sleep that feel very healing if I have had an orgasm before going to bed. Last night I had 3 orgasms in my sleep using this tactic, and I was able to clear some emotional blocks I had been working on intensively this week post full moon.
STEP THREE: Claim Your Dream Power!
This is the most important piece. Most of us simply go to sleep and sleep. Some of us have dream recall, and some don’t. But everyone is dreaming at night–if we didn’t we’d go insane. It’s a proven fact that has been studied by psychologists: if someone doesn’t dream for 2 days or so, they begin to go mentally insane. If you’re saying “I don’t dream,” what you really mean is that you don’t remember your dreams.
It’s at this time that you must claim your dream power! You are made up of Oneness, and at night your conscious mind shuts off, while your subconscious mind awakens without limitations. It’s the perfect ripe place to perform deep self-healing and planetary healing work.
Right now we are at a time of crisis on the planet with global warming, overpopulation, wars, terrorism, etc. Not to get into a soapbox or scare anyone, but it is our time to address these issues and the place to do that is in both waking life and the dreamtime.
Dreamtime is the space where the divine mind in us can communicate with the dark subconscious of itself that is mirrored in the ‘other’–in terrorists, dark places, leaders, etc. We can beam love towards where it needs to go, and the limits of waking life are not present.
Claim your dream time! Practice healing yourself and the planet and even calling in your Twin Flame in the dream time. Life is moving too fast, and it’s too short to wait.
