Origin of the Twin Flame Love Theory
In my recent article post, How Do I know if my Partner is my Twin Flame?, I talk about the many signs that your partner is your Twin Flame or symptoms that they’re not. I also mention that the concept of Twin Flames is not a new one, and that in his Symposium, Plato speaks of the ancient concept that Twin Flames are literally the other half of the human soul that has incarnated into a form of another, and the reason why we all have the desire to meet our soulmate (most of us do anyway). Aristophanes’s Speech from Plato’s Symposium

Aristophanes professed to open another vein of discourse; he had a mind to praise Love in another way, unlike that of either Pausanias or Eryximachus. Mankind, he said, judging by their neglect of him, have never, as I think, at all understood the power of Love. For if they had understood him they would surely have built noble temples and altars, and offered solemn sacrifices in his honour; but this is not done, and most certainly ought to be done: since of all the gods he is the best friend of men, the helper and the healer of the ills which are the great impediment to the happiness of the race. I will try to describe his power to you, and you shall teach the rest of the world what I am teaching you.
In the first place, let me treat of the nature of man and what has happened to it. The original human nature was not like the present, but different. The sexes were not two as they are now, but originally three in number; there was man, woman, and the union of the two, of which the name survives but nothing else. Once it was a distinct kind, with a bodily shape and a name of its own, constituted by the union of the male and the female: but now only the word ‘androgynous’ is preserved, and that as a term of reproach.
In the second place, the primeval man was round, his back and sides forming a circle; and he had four hands and the same number of feet, one head with two faces, looking opposite ways, set on a round neck and precisely alike; also four ears, two privy members, and the remainder to correspond. He could walk upright as men now do, backwards or forwards as he pleased, and he could also roll over and over at a great pace, turning on his four hands and four feet, eight in all, like tumblers going over and over with their legs in the air; this was when he wanted to run fast.
Now the sexes were three, and such as I have described them; because the sun, moon, and earth are three; and the man was originally the child of the sun, the woman of the earth, and the man-woman of the moon, which is made up of sun and earth, and they were all round and moved round and round because they resembled their parents. Terrible was their might and strength, and the thoughts of their hearts were great, and they made an attack upon the gods; of them is told the tale of Otys and Ephialtes who, as Homer says, attempted to scale heaven, and would have laid hands upon the gods.
Doubt reigned in the celestial councils. Should they kill them and annihilate the race with thunderbolts, as they had done the giants, then there would be an end of the sacrifices and worship which men offered to them; but, on the other hand, the gods could not suffer their insolence to be unrestrained. At last, after a good deal of reflection, Zeus discovered a way.
He said: ‘Methinks I have a plan which will enfeeble their strength and so extinguish their turbulence; men shall continue to exist, but I will cut them in two and then they will be diminished in strength and increased in numbers; this will have the advantage of making them more profitable to us. They shall walk upright on two legs, and if they continue insolent and will not be quiet, I will split them again and they shall hop about on a single leg.’
He spoke and cut men in two, like a sorb-apple which is halved for pickling, or as you might divide an egg with a hair; and as he cut them one after another, he bade Apollo give the face and the half of the neck a turn in order that man might contemplate the section of himself: he would thus learn a lesson of humility. Apollo was also bidden to heal their wounds and compose their forms. So he gave a turn to the face and pulled the skin from the sides all over that which in our language is called the belly, like the purses which draw tight, and he made one mouth at the centre, which he fastened in a knot (the same which is called the navel); he also moulded the breast and took out most of the wrinkles, much as a shoemaker might smooth leather upon a last; he left a few, however, in the region of the belly and navel, as a memorial of the primeval state.
After the division the two parts of man, each desiring his other half, came together, and throwing their arms about one another, entwined in mutual embraces, longing to grow into one, they began to die from hunger and self-neglect, because they did not like to do anything apart; and when one of the halves died and the other survived, the survivor sought another mate, man or woman as we call them,–being the sections of entire men or women,–and clung to that.
Thus they were being destroyed, when Zeus in pity invented a new plan: he turned the parts of generation round to the front, for this had not been always their position, and they sowed the seed no longer as hitherto like grasshoppers in the ground, but in one another; and after the transposition the male generated in the female in order that by the mutual embraces of man and woman they might breed, and the race might continue; or if man came to man they might be satisfied, and rest, and go their ways to the business of life. So ancient is the desire of one another which is implanted in us, reuniting our original nature, seeking to make one of two, and to heal the state of man.
Each of us when separated, having one side only, like a flat fish, is but the tally-half of a man, and he is always looking for his other half. Men who are a section of that double nature which was once called androgynous are lovers of women; adulterers are generally of this breed, and also adulterous women who lust after men. The women who are a section of the woman do not care for men, but have female attachments; the female companions are of this sort. But they who are a section of the male follow the male, and while they are young, being slices of the original man, they have affection for men and embrace them, and these are the best of boys and youths, because they have the most manly nature.
Some indeed assert that they are shameless, but this is not true; for they do not act thus from any want of shame, but because they are valiant and manly, and have a manly countenance, and they embrace that which is like them. And these when they grow up become our statesmen, and these only, which is a great proof of the truth of what I am saying. When they reach manhood they are lovers of youth, and are not naturally inclined to marry or beget children,–if at all, they do so only in obedience to custom; but they are satisfied if they may be allowed to live with one another unwedded;

And such a nature is prone to love and ready to return love, always embracing that which is akin to him. And when one of them meets with his other half, the actual half of himself, whether he be a lover of youth or a lover of another sort, the pair are lost in an amazement of love and friendship and intimacy, and one will not be out of the other’s sight, as I may say, even for a moment: these are the people who pass their whole lives together, and yet they could not explain what they desire of one another. For the intense yearning which each of them has towards the other does not appear to be the desire of lover’s intercourse, but of something else which the soul of either evidently desires and cannot tell, and of which she has only a dark and doubtful presentiment.
Suppose Hephaestus, with his instruments, to come to the pair who are lying side by side and to say to them, ‘What do you mortals want of one another?’
They would be unable to explain. And suppose further, that when he saw their perplexity he said: ‘Do you desire to be wholly one; always day and night in one another’s company? for if this is what you desire, I am ready to melt and fuse you together, so that being two you shall become one, and while you live live a common life as if you were a single man, and after your death in the world below still be one departed soul, instead of two–I ask whether this is what you lovingly desire and whether you are satisfied to attain this?’–
There is not a man of them who when he heard the proposal would deny or would not acknowledge that this meeting and melting into one another, this becoming one instead of two, was the very expression of his ancient need.
And the reason is that human nature was originally one and we were a whole, and the desire and pursuit of the whole is called love. There was a time, I say, when we were one, but now because of the wickedness of mankind God has dispersed us, as the Arcadians were dispersed into villages by the Lacedaemonians. And if we are not obedient to the gods, there is a danger that we shall be split up again and go about in basso-relievo, like the profile figures showing only one half the nose which are sculptured on monuments, and that we shall be like tallies.
Wherefore let us exhort all men to piety in all things, that we may avoid evil and obtain the good, taking Love for our leader and commander.
Let no one oppose him–he is the enemy of the gods who opposes him. For if we are friends of God and at peace with him we shall find our own true loves, which rarely happens in this world at present. I am serious, and therefore I must beg Eryximachus not to make fun or to find any allusion in what I am saying to Pausanias and Agathon, who, as I suspect, are both of the manly nature, and belong to the class which I have been describing. But my words have a wider application–they include men and women everywhere; and I believe that if our loves were perfectly accomplished, and each one returning to his primeval nature had his original true love, then our race would be happy. And if this would be best of all, the best in the next degree must in present circumstances be the nearest approach to such a union; and that will be the attainment of a congenial love.
Wherefore, if we would praise him who has given to us the benefit, we must praise the god Love, who is our greatest benefactor, both leading us in this life back to our own nature, and giving us high hopes for the future, for he promises that if we are pious, he will restore us to our original state, and heal us and make us happy and blessed.
This, Eryximachus, is my discourse of love, which, although different to yours, I must beg you to leave unassailed by the shafts of your ridicule, in order that each may have his turn; each, or rather either, for Agathon and Socrates are the only ones left.

- Regular baths promote happiness and alleviate depression (add aromatherapy, salts, herbs, clay, and flower petals!)
- Adding salt to water and/or using a 432 hz tuning fork crystalizes the water to the sacred geometry where yin-meets-yang (the Star of David), where the H2O is aligned like a honey-comb liquid lattice

Ignite your intuition!
ATTENTION: This guy could be a hippie big bad wolf in disguise and might be a player playing flower-child!Let your intuition decide!
The first thing is that you have to trust your intuition. From the outside, Twin Flame Foxes and Big Bad Wolves can appear the same, which is why you need a more spiritually refined gage, a metaphysical-man-thermometer of sorts.
There is nothing worse than getting stunned by the surprise bite of a wolf. The bite-and-run…I have seen it repeatedly. Really great-seeming guys who turn into wolves overnight when they get triggered by something that opens them to their insecurities.
Especially things like early childhood traumas, hidden subconscious energies, and financial issues. From one day to the next, they can go from sweet and soft healer-types, to cold and heartless Twin Flame runners. Ouch! That’s why it’s important to go slow so that you have time to see if you’re building your trust with the right partner. We are manifesting these bite-and-runs because they are simply reflecting our subconscious childhood wounds that need healing. Heal it, and move onto the next with better intuition next time!
Intuition is key. However, as women, we have all kinds of codependence issues and we fall in love too easily, lose our psychic space, so intuition can get overridden by our $h*t. That’s why I suggest going slow and read the signs better until you become a metaphysical-man-thermometer pro!
Slow down and shop for sustainable sexiness
A real fox is more than sexy on the outside. He’s more than just talk about spirituality, intimacy, and relationships. He has a sustainable sexiness. He’s there for you, and sticks with you through the dark periods. Doesn’t leave you for bust, and definitely doesn’t drop you for other ladies when you ‘get too complicated.’ Nope. He adores your complexity, adores your brilliance, and enjoys the depth of your Divine Feminine Love.
A True Twin Flame Fox can offer you the 3Cs, he can: communicate, connect, and commit. Otherwise Mr. Fox is going to turn you on, get your kundalini motor running, open your heart, and leave you hot, hurt, and dry, and burning for more when you can’t get it. A real True Twin Fox is only truly sexy when he’s really there for you, cares, and shows up fully. Even if it’s for a short-term relationship, he’s there with good communication and is 100%. He honors you as a goddess, communicates, loves who you are, and can speak with you about the future. He can tell you his fears, his desires, and you can decide like an adult if they align with your goals.
For instance, if you are looking for your Twin Flame and you’re dating someone who tells you he’s not looking for long term and just wants to “see where it goes,” get out. Get out now! Beware the Big Bad Wolf
A big bad wolf is just bad for you; he opens old wounds, tears up your tender parts, doesn’t empathize with you, and he usually leaves you in the dust. You find his abandonment atrocious and attractive at the same time, because it feels like your familiar childhood pain.
Familiarity=love in our subconsciousness.
Maybe does it over and over again. Big Bad Wolfs are karmic soulmates and Twin Flame Counterfeits. While he’s not necessarily bad to the bone, he’s a part of your shadow showing you where you need healing. Twin Flame Runners are big bad wolves and I see that most of them are usually Twin Flame Counterfeits and never come back. I’ve worked with LOTS of women who have had TF runners; 95% don’t come back and aren’t the real deal.
We are attracted to Twin Flame Runners because our subconscious Divine Feminine energies resonate with the vibration of abandonment by the Divine Masculine. It’s an ancient memory and trauma held in our collective. We as Little Shakinas (daughters of the Divine Feminine) keep replaying the traumas in our lives and blaming ourselves, but it’s simply an old trauma-pattern that needs to be looked at, loved, and released. You are ready to heal. Your relationship failures, men leaving you, abandoning you for other women is not you. It’s not even a failure! It’s just a pattern revealing itself for healing. It’s way more important to share your message of love and light with the world, with slight flaws in the delivery process, than to be typo-free and restrict your creative process, your voice, or not write at all. The number one key to getting over your fears of online marketing and blogging is to focus on your soul purpose, your mission of making this world a better place.
Focus on them. Not you.
Think of the readers you’ll be helping, versus the readers who will be judging you. Speaking to them will call them in. Imagine making a heart connection to these soulmate clients before writing your blogs. They’ll love you and enjoy your energy! If you make a typo or say something that isn’t 100% brilliant, they won’t care or even notice. Or they’ll love that you’re exposing a raw vulnerable side because it allows them permission for theirs.
When I write my blogs, I try to think of a specific person I want to help in the world, and I write advice to support her. Or, I write the blog to a past version of myself who was stuck, scared, confused, traumatized, etc., and tell her how she can change her life. This is healing and self-loving! The more you focus on love, the more the fear subsides.
How to Blog to Attract Your Soulmate Clients
Your ‘soulmate clients’ are clients who are in your soul-family, and who have a soul-contract to work with you. They want you, not some creepy fake who is focused on perfection and who isn’t really being herself. The more you shine your light as a beacon, the more quickly your soul-family and soulmate clients will come to you in droves. This has happened with me, which is why my business has done so well in such a short amount of time.
Put your love and light into your blogs, and they will cum…I mean come! PU$$Y Power is another tool that you can use to infuse your blogs with sparkly magical powers. Women think that the secret to running a 6-figure business is by being a perfectionist. But that’s not true at all.
Right now, women need role-models that they can relate to more than ever; we want imperfect role-models that we can never aspire to be like. Look at me, I’m not perfect, but used to try to be, and I was poor and couldn’t get clients to hire me. I only made around $4,000 a year in my 20s! Then, I fell apart, had a Dark Night of the Soul, got arrested for doing mushrooms and my partner left me. I also had a lot of bills to pay and got kicked out of my housing situation.
It was then realized I couldn’t ever be perfect, and so I said F$ck it, let me spread my messages of love and light and forget the rest. That’s what’s made me rich – not trying to be perfect, and just spreading my Shakina light. I am now I am making great money as the Twin Flame Matchmaker, like this month I made a record for myself of $15,000 (shocking even for me!). When I speak authentically in my marketing, blogs, etc., I know that my clients are finding and hiring me out of love, and not out of needing me to be someone I’m not. I’m real, and I make a ton of mistakes. Making mistakes hasn’t affected my business income at all, it doesn’t affect my self-esteem, and it doesn’t stop the fun! So every time I see a typo, I tell myself how awesome I am and that it’s A-OK.
Women bloggers and business women have been brainwashed by the whole perfectionist thing, and it blocks their feminine flow and their currency flow
We women healers often get stuck. We don’t write our blogs, do our marketing, get our YouTube videos done, and it cuts off our income. I was verbally abused as a child by a teacher, and I had major writers block in college, and it got so bad that I’d stay up the night before writing a procrastinated 25-page paper because I feared writing so much! I thought I was a bad writer, and on some level thought I actually was stupid. Which is funny now that I realized that they don’t let stupid people into an Ivy League caliber college (I went to Duke)! But wasn’t until I had a soul-family professor named Dr. Naomi Quinn who took me under her wing 
So start writing those blogs, sprinkle in some juicy typos to see if people are paying attention. I have seen so many women stop writing at all, and stay paralyzed with fear believing that they can’t become 6-figure successful until they somehow magically become perfect (like me, ha ha ha, NOT!). All of us were taught to be good girls, that we had to be quiet, neat, small, adorable, pretty, the list goes on… And that there was something inherently wrong with us. That we weren’t smart enough or pretty enough or enough enough. That our pussies were gross and basically that being a female is just lame. Unless you are perfect, then you can release your shame!
You are allowed to be you, in your wild free Shakina ways. So just blog it.
Fuck blogging and business perfection, or perfection of any sort. The Shakina is like ocean waves, not like lines connecting on a graph. We’re curvy, flowy, erotic, magical, intangible, but it works. We create life, take a seed, mix it with stardust, and new babies are born. Women are magical, and we’re perfect because we were made perfect, not because we can contort ourself into pretty little boxes. It’s time to ignite the Shakina energies in you. There are so many ways to do this. Infinite ways. Start giving yourself permission to fuck up, to play, to use magic, and to open new doorways. Do this in your business. Or as I call it, a BLI$$ness (business + bliss + big buck$ the Divine Feminine way).
You are a reflection of the Great Shakina, and the Divine Feminine energies are flowing, passionate, and furious. You don’t have time for perfection. Sure, edit your blogs, but it’s more important to spread your messages, share the love, than it is to stay stuck in fear of being judged. People who judge you heavily shouldn’t be working with you anyway.
Life is short and you have a lot of saving the world to do before you die.
The planet needs you, and they don’t need you to dot your Is. So what if you spelled their instead of there while in the middle of your channeling fit? The words spilled out from your fingertips onto your Macbook Pro keyboard straight from the Higher Dimensions, because that’s how you roll as a High-Healed Priestess (modern day high priestess with O-balls). Quit editing yourself so much, for you are a goddess and everything you say is gold! Or at least the vibration is, and the words aren’t really even the thing that matters. It’s just showing up.
As a Twin Flame Matchmaker, I have become clear that women who are seeking their Twin Flame soulmate absolutely must master all 7 chakras before they attract and soul-marry their beloved. Therefore, writing from the heart will help you open your 5th chakra, which tends to be blocked in most healers, and will get you in touch with the 4th chakra, which needs to be high-vibrating to attract your Twin Flame. When you learn to attract your soulmate clients, you are learning the exact same energetics of attracting your Twin Flame, which are all soul-family, or people who have reincarnated on the earth from the same soul group. Letting go of perfectionism, letting your flaws flow, and letting the light shine brighter through the flaws are all things that also must be mastered before you can be ready for your Twin Flame partner. Otherwise, you’ll attract a Twin Flame Counterfeit who is attracted to your perfect facade, and it will blow up in your face. And trust me, you don’t want that!

I often adorn myself in High-Healed Priestess couture, but I’m still a hippie at heart.
I am part of a growing breed of women who walk this planet, wearing designer heels and a hippie attitude. We’re crunchy on one side – hippie-gal healers at heart. On the other side, we love high fashion and living high-end. We’re a sort of “normal-abnormal,” or maybe it’s “abnormal-normal,” contradiction; a growing group of hippie-chic chicks caught in the middle of two international women’s movements: wealth empowerment, and The Divine Feminine Rise.
The Hippie Chick Goes Hip-n-Chic
We look mainstream on the outside sometimes…almost.
Our hippie-gone-high-end taste can often be seen it in our fashion choices, our strange dietary choices, the way we speak and write, and the way we connect with you. While we used to “fake it” in the past, tried to blend in hoping that you’d accept us as one of you, we now are ready to step up and stand out to become movement-leaders.
We mastered, or at least played a bit, in the mainstream world, only to realize that we were here to change it, not blend into it. We hippie-crits know that we can maneuver through life better than most mainstreamers can, and with less effort. Now we’re ready to come out of our closets to become spiritual teachers/healers, paradigm shifters, and love leaders, all while getting rich and living the dream too!
Maybe we’ve worked at corporate jobs, attended top universities, achieved a moderate (or even high level) of success – climbing ladders, collecting labels or titles, and perhaps even making good money. But it just doesn’t do it for us! All that external success isn’t enough to keep us satisfied.
There just isn’t enough heart n’ soul in the mainstream world, which broke our hearts open, and we’re on a mission to open the hearts of the mainstreamers and awaken them to Divine Love.
By dropping out of the mainstream, we hippie-crits expanded into our higher chakras. We realized that our soul purposes are precious and vital to our survival, and that we are no longer tempted by just money or success alone. We realized at some point that we weren’t to suffer in some cubicle as pawns in a meaningless game, because a Higher Purpose was guiding us. Plus, it isn’t good for our luscious goddess body to sit around in a desk all day, because she needs the vitamin D and fresh energy of being outside of the office!

Unavoidably Hippie Burner I AM!
There’s nothing wrong with being a hippie-crit! We hippie chicks gone hip-n-chic are what I call “High-Healed Priestesses.” We’re an awesome mix of hippie chick and high-end chic here to do good on the planet; we balance out the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies quite well. Our higher chakras are quite alive and activated with Enlightenment Consciousness, but we haven’t cut off our connections to the “real world,” in the lower chakras. We like might even like nice cars, Cartier, and caviar, or at least decent quality footwear as we walk our mission to save the planet through our healing and soul-purposed missions.
As spiritual beings, instead of disconnecting ourselves from money, we’re integrating money and spirituality together. We as High-Healed Priestesses treat money as if it’s sacred, as if it’s a sacred currency to honor each other.
We realize that money has a potential to steal and hurt, or it can have a potential to heal and nourish. We HHPs choose the latter and are turning money greed into Divine Feminine Love Buck$!
Here Are the top Signs of Being a High-Healed Priestess:
- You can speak woo-wooease as well as you can speak with the mainstream lingo. Woo-wooease includes spiritual language terms like: ‘grounded,’ ‘Higher Self,’ ‘Law of Attraction.’ You say things like “I need to get some wheat grass in me to clear out this energy blockage in my 7th chakra,” or “I’m feeling really ungrounded today because I am going through a dimensional shift.” Stuff that when you say it out loud to a mainstreamer, they look at you as if you’re on glue. - You can keep up with the mainstream, because you tend to be a little competitive and like success, but you at some point chose to drop out of the mainstream, at least partially.
Why should I have to choose between being a hippie chick and a high-end hip and chic healer?
- You like fancy things, cute clothes, shoes, accessories, designer juicers, expensive organic face creams, enjoy luxury retreats and spend a fair amount of money on yourself or at least want to. Because deep down you feel like you are a High-Healed Priestess who deserves the best. Sometimes you still struggle with self-worth issues that may affect your money a little, or even a lot.
- You have struggled with finding your right crowd, because some of your friends might are more hippie than you, and they don’t have as much grounding as you want, like maybe they can’t afford to go on that vacation or invest in a day at the spa. Other friends are grounded, but they are way less hippie and sometimes don’t get you. Especially when you talk about past lives, spiritual stuff; and you definitely don’t want to start talking about being a Starbeing or your connections with the Pleiadians with them!
- No matter what, you cannot, simply cannot, avoid being in your heart chakra, as you are a Goddess of Love and are here to let the Divine Feminine Rise so that you can

- We seriously like to party as much as we seriously like to pray. I’m not talking about getting wasted at a drunken bash. Nope, that’s not our type of part. We HHPs like to party because it’s part of our royal celebration of divinity, of embracing Oneness. Partying is our natural way of embracing each other in pure bliss (ananda in Sanskrit) in a group. We celebrate Heaven on Earth frequencies as we dance, listen to high-vibing music, and ingest divine wine together (divine = di vino, “of the wine,” or “of the ancient divine life blood”). This ancient tradition is our birthright, and I say it does us good!
I personally have struggled a lot trying to find my sweet sweet spot as a High-Healed Priestess. Integrating these very different sides of myself has not been easy. In my teens I just wanted to be accepted, so I went the success track getting As at an Ivy League caliber school, and by age 22 I was completely burnt out. In my 20s, I sought spiritual answers and went all-out-hippie chick, living month to month working as a healer and gypsy. But really it wasn’t until I turned 30 when I had a Dark Night of the Soul, spiritual-breakthrough, that I could bring all of myself together so I could be both a hippie and a high-end success, and most of all, accept myself.

It’s been two years since I made my first YouTube video. It was a “train wreck video.”
Did you know that I sucked at making videos? And I bet some people say that I still suck at making YouTube videos, that I’m constantly making an ass of myself. But I’d much rather make an ASS of myself than sit around waiting for the world to fix itself, while I keep my mouth shut.
Though I’m no Jenna Marbles, I have hit almost 180,000 views on my YouTube channel, and I have gotten lots of feedback of how I’ve helped women get over self-esteem issues, meet their Twin Flames, or made their life a little sweeter. Even though I still get negative criticism sometimes, like thumbs downs or lame comments, I don’t ever let that stop me from speakin’ my truth. It’s been two years since I made my first YouTube video, which was in a way a train wreck; but I am still alive, and I even may have saved a few lives by sharing my work! The train-wreck video I made had this comment:
“This meditation has helped me so much, Thank you! My life has improved 50% and I’ve been doing this for maybe a month, So thank you!!!!”
Another woman who follows all of my videos attributes meeting her Twin Flame to the tips I share in my videos. So many times I have spoken with women for the first time, who follow my blogs, vlogs, and social media posts, and they tell me, “That X thing you said has changed my life!” Usually I can hardly remember saying what I said, but how cool and flattering that my rambling love can inspire someone to heal herself!
Big money can come through YouTube
I have met lots of clients through my YouTube channel. If you are a a BLI$$preneur, a woman entrepreneur and healer, do you wanna know how to make money on YouTube? It’s not through advertisements or anything sleazy. It’s really simple: in offering useful content, while letting my light shine, people test drive me, and if they like me, they buy. So often I have had women hire me after watching me for a few months on YouTube. They start getting results, and want to get them faster getting the one-on-one time. So I think of my videos as partial charity, partial marketing. And it’s so much fun! Especially when you let it…
Talk smack, save the world
I was verbally abused a fair bit as a little girl, which taught me to “be good,” and keep quiet. Yet this is exactly what I want to scream about, what I want to stop, so that the Goddess of Love can reign again. So I have started to speak up, and I won’t shut up, ever! Owning our “Sacred No” is the only way to rebuild the Divine Feminine structures in society, which we are doing one vlog post at a time. I’m not talking about being a bitch or anything, but just speak your truth with lots of love and don’t let the forces of darkness intimidate you. They’re just shadows anyway…
As a Light Worker, you can’t keep your mouth shut any longer either. Which is why you are getting called to quit your job, reinvent your life, live without shame, and open a 6 or 7-figure healing business (or BLI$$ness as I call it, business + bliss + BIG buck$!).
You’re a Divine Feminine Revolutionary, it’s your job to be yourself. It’s a full-time job. Start dressing outside of the box if you like, dancing outside the box, and breaking the rules. Because it’s time – the Divine Feminine is rising and doesn’t stand for abuse or suppression any longer. She’s not following what the old scary n’ dark patriarchal systems that told her how to be/act/dress/fuck/speak anymore. It simply wasn’t fun!
YouTube videos are the new music videos, the new Vogue, the new Seventeen Magazine
Pre Internet, we the people didn’t have a voice. Major advertising companies dominated the scene and told you how much to weight, how to act, what to look like, and what to shop for. I totally figured out how to act/look/be when I was 11 years old and read my first Teen Magazine. Thank goodness I successfully figured out how to have an eating disorder and hate myself, or maybe those teenage boys wouldn’t have liked me so much!
YouTube is where we create new culture. It’s where we vaginas get to take back the Feminine Sacred PU$$Y Power, and where we can speak (relatively) freely without anyone to stop us! So why do we stop ourselves? Stop stopping yourselves, OK? Make your YouTube videos, speak from your heart, and let the Divine Feminine rise.
Let’s all grab our vagina-balls (ovaries or whatever), grab a pink drink, and raise it to the Divine Feminine revolution!
Fear and the inner critic
This is a note about choosing self-love over fear of criticism of others and the inner critic. And I have had huge inner critic my entire life, so I should know! As a recovering A-student and perfectionist, it has taken me years to get over caring what others think about me. This blockage stopped me from letting my light shine, has impeded my healing gifts, and gave me writer’s block (or writer’s fear, since I wrote constantly in my diary where it was “safe”).
Two years ago, I finally took a huge step and got over my inner perfectionist enough to start sharing my voice with the world, via simple YouTube videos. I had had a dream earlier in the year where my guides told me: “Just start doing your work, you will learn along the way, and there is NO TIME FOR PRACTICE or procrastination.” The words were loud and clear. So finally, I jumped in and went for it.
Doing the videos was an exciting first step, and I feel so lucky to express my love with the world. I was also proud of this milestone, because for the first time in public, I was
honoring the love more than fear. I love how easy the videos flowed, and though they weren’t perfect, I could get them out quickly and there were actual viewers! On my third day, I published my fourth meditation video,

The content came to me late at night that I channeled from my
Higher Self, and I knew that the message was true and powerful, because I could feel it in my body. I did not take the time to edit the video to the degree I wanted, as I read off the skript that had flowed through me, so you could see my eyes moving. But So what? I thought, people will close their eyes in the
meditation and I had something to say! There was a sense of joy and freedom this decision to
Just Do It, even though my inner perfectionist was like “It’s not good enough.” But I chose to listen to my Higher Guidance, and emphasize being of service to others rather than trying to be perfect all the time! So I delightedly posted my video, and within a day,
it had the most hits of all four of the videos I’d posted! I knew it was choppy, but people seemed to be watching the video and feeling into its energy.
The Critic – Turn Abuse Into Motivation!
Then, to my shock, an old friend whom I’ll simply refer to as “The Critic,” with whom I hadn’t spoken for almost a year, posted a comment next to my video, saying that he’d “Send me a private feedback message”… Uh oh! I knew he had a big inner critic himself, so I wasn’t looking forward to reading this. I knew he was going to mirror my own fears of verbal abuse and reprimand. I knew it was going to hit my scars of when I was a child and was verbally abused and shamed in front of my first grade classroom by this big mean teacher who had long hair and a beard and who happened to look like a lion. I was only five years old, the other kids a year older. It was really friggin’ scary! The teacher had no patience for my slight learning disability, tendency toward distraction, and my imaginative mind that wouldn’t stick to his plan. So when he screamed at me, I shut down, and it took many years of healing to recover my confidence.
I checked my in-box to find that The Critic had messaged me several things he didn’t like about the video, without anything kind or encouraging. His energy felt so familiar and I realized it was a lot like my lion-looking teacher. Feeling punched in the gut, but feeling defensive like a proud mama, I wrote back to share my thoughts, compassionately standing up for myself.
I hoped for a drop of compassion. To my shock, the next response was from The Critic was that my video was a “train-wreck,” and that he was embarrassed for me!

The Critic: “Some feedback on the meditation video: It feels really weird watching your eyes read the text. The prompt cards could be much closer to the lens, and you could rehearse, so that you are not so dependent on them. Also, your sitting/lying position up against the wall, looks awkward (tense neck and mouth). The sounds of rain in the background are nice, but need acknowledgement from you to be felt as part of the video.” [Hey–did I ask you?]
Amanda Noelle: “Dear One, I would like you to re-read your comment and pretend that you are me, from my eyes… How do you feel when you hear from someone for the first time in over a year and they say three constructive criticisms without a single word of encouragement or expression of love? Does it feel supportive alone or also hurtful? I wanted to express how one can make videos without being perfect, to just jump and go for it. I will of course at some point go professional and make improvements, but my Angelic guidance through a profound dream I had said “Don’t wait, express your teachings, there is no time for practice anymore.” I am following this, and letting people see my life. Perhaps a feedback I can give you, if I may, is that you ask for feedback first to see if it’s wanted. Then, give some warm encouragement or say one or two nice things to balance things out. When you do this for others, you will be doing this for yourself. For every part of you that feels numb to my pain, is a part that is very, very sensitive. As we all are One. Love and light, Amanda.”
The Critic: “Ok. Most people would not risk the truth. I could have asked first if you wanted the feedback, but why would you put yourself out there, if you didn’t. Sorry to hurt you. It was not my intention.”
Amanda Noelle “I put my gift out there not for feedback, but for feeding goddesses who want to heal self-esteem. Why would anyone assume that I wanted feedback about my gift? If someone dances, do you go up to them and show them how you think their steps should go? It may be your truth, but it’s not The Truth Absolute. Don’t worry, I am not hurt. It was just not something I wanted. And needed to say that to you. Peace, Amanda”
The Critic “Amanda, the video was a train-wreck, and I was embarrassed for you. Rather than just ignore you/it, I took the time to write you a private message, in the hope that you might be open to the feedback. But now I understand that you feel it is your Gift to female humanity. Good luck with it. Sorry for my bluntness. Next time I will ignore it.” “Also, the dancing metaphor is a good one, except that in this case, you are not a dancer, you are the dance TEACHER, so of course I would speak to them afterwards, and hope that they would be open to feedback. Sending you love, even if you don’t trust me.” 
Hold Your Sacred Feminine Powers
So, it wasn’t the most graceful conversation. But I am for the first time, trying to hold my ground, to nourish the creative feminine juices. And yes, I sent The Critic love too, and said so in my last message to him. But I also said that I thought he was rude and couldn’t image why he needed to say my gift was a train-wreck (gee, harsh!). I have since unfriended him on FB, and I rarely do that! But I do so in love and honoring of myself and my own boundaries.
I know now that negative feedback is part of the job. In putting yourself out there, not everyone is going to be pleased. Not even all parts of myself! We just gotta let it go, and let flow. When I have time, as I had planned, if I have motivation, I will edit the video unless there is something else that inspires me more. Yet this was a precious test. This was a test of self-love for me… Am I going to hate myself when someone (and mind you, The Critic graduated from NYU’s film school) doesn’t like my stuff? Should I stop speaking? Shoud I edit my every move as it comes? Should I be afraid that people will be embarrassed for me as I express my essence in a way that isn’t perfectly graceful? Should I stop what I’m doing and risk slowing down the flow of my own essence and ignore my intuition that says Just Do It? No! No no no no noooo!
I’m STILL going to make my “train-wreck videos” if that’s what it takes, and I hope you will too. I’m willing to do anything to be on my soul-purposed mission. Thanks to The Critic, I now go for it with even MORE inspiration to serve others who struggle with their inner critic. Hopefully someday I will “master” the art of video-making, perhaps with the help of a crew of professionals. That’s a dream of mine for sure. Until then, I am happy that I continue to attract viewers who are in love my energy, and don’t mind the raw, sexy, scrappy style, who aren’t afraid to see the perfection of imperfection. They take what I have to offer, and accept me for me.
I want this for all of us. I hope you see me look like a Goddess Goober, full of love! Thank you for letting me share. Blessings on creating a world where we get to have full expressive creativity without fear of being unloved, ashamed, or energetically/verbally abused. Where we are whole, healed, and One. It’s so exciting that together we are creating new icons, or “nu icons” where we are no longer shaped by the media, advertising agencies, money-hungry agencies that don’t care if our teenage girls are anorexic, or if we all hate ourselves.
