Despite their seemingly unbreakable armor, narcissistic men are actually very vulnerable underneath it all. They’re just brilliant at hiding their tenderness from women under their layers of manipulation, lies, illusion, unhealthy behaviors, and possibly playing around with your heart.
Have you ever found yourself in a romantic relationship, and you give him everything, and you’re left with nothing and you feel more powerless than ever before? And you still thought he was your ultimate soulmate or Twin Flame? It’s humbling–you feel drained and super confused as to why this happened to you…. He could be a narcissist man. Here are the 7 signs so you can tell for sure…
Here are the 7 Signs of the Narcissist Man
He has no boundaries and doesn’t want you to set any. If you don’t set your boundaries, you will be victimized by narcissists; narcissists energetically cord into your chakras and leech energy like “energy vampires,” and they’ll do the same with emotions, attention, physical space, finances…and pretty much anything! So set your boundaries and put up psychic protection as well.
He feeds off of your insecurity. He tells her she’s wrong, isn’t entitled to having what she wants, and puts her down to keep her small. If a woman is lonely and desperate and longing for love, she’s likely to attract someone is (a)is attracted to her neediness, and (b) is repulsed by her neediness like he was with his mother. The narcissist man feeds off of abuse and her fear of abandonment, as he has inwardly felt manipulated and abandoned by his co-dependent mother since early childhood. So, by finding a woman who is equally insecure, needy, and longing for love, she makes him feel important–but he has to put her into an insecure state to “keep her.” Macho men who put down women are an example of this. Deep down they’re the ones who are most afraid of being abandoned and heartbroken! That’s why it’s our job as women to take responsibility for our insecurity and heal our Divine Feminine Wounds.
He manipulates, takes without giving, and justifies it every time. An over-giver is always going to be his target, as he feels entitled to taking, taking, TAKING….He actually doesn’t feel strong and secure in the world without a woman’s presence, though that’s the last thing he’d admit. These manipulators often sleep around with women or are into serial monogamy. The narcissist man has unhealed Mother Wounds–as his mother didn’t set healthy boundaries and was either overly attached or detached. The narcissist man feeds off of his over-giving partner who often gives from guilt, hoping that he’ll stay if she is “good enough” to him.
He leads you to believe that he can give you the whole fairytale, but he never really does. The narcissist man needs his woman to believe that he’ll soon bring her what she wants, and thus attracts women who are often hopeless romantics, fantasizer types, and dreamers. Deep down these women are wounded by the patriarchy and lack self-esteem so they cannot ask for what they truly deserve. When you’re living in a fairytale waiting for prince charming but you don’t feel good enough, you settle for fakes.
He’s not a truth teller, he’s good at lies, and doing what it takes to get his way. He does this because deep down he doesn’t feel good enough to face the truth. He feels that without embellishing a little (or a lot) he’s not good enough. So he builds up a puffed up false ego that he hopes will attract women in awe. If this is you, if you’ve been duped by a liar, you’ll want to ask yourself, “Where do I feel small, and where am I lying to myself?” This type of man is magnetized to women who are naive and innocent, so make the effort to educate yourself about your circumstances, step into your power, and ask for what you’re worth. If this man can’t give it to you, the right one will!
Lack of empathy. He lacks empathy, you’re an empath. You’re feelin’ for two, baby! Where he can’t feel, you’re there holding the space for the emotional intelligence…but for him! The job of the empath is to feel how she is feeling, and not get stuck in how others are doing. While easier said than done, the empath female must say NO to any behaviors that feel like a violation. When she starts taking herself and her own emotions seriously, she’ll no longer keep attracting narcissists who don’t have the capacity for empathy.
He’s a perfectionist. Whether or not he’s trying to be perfect himself, he puts pressure on you either verbally or you just feel it, to be the perfect woman. He is controlling and seeks perfection, and projects this onto you. So maybe your diet to have the perfect body for him, say or do things to impress or become an overachiever at work…If you’re a perfectionist, end this cycle by choosing not to care about external appearances so much; instead go inward and work on the self-love. Then it’s certain that you’ll no longer magnetize this type of man!

I’ll share a secret of my soul with you. My number one goal this lifetime is to resurrect the Atlantean water healing temples in order to rise the Divine Feminine and restore the Twin Flame Love frequencies back on planet earth. I know it’s a bit lofty, but I also know that we can do it…
As a High-Healed Priestess (a modern-day high priestess healer who loves high heels), I have often astral traveled to the Stargates and have visited the water healing temples there. I have also been given guided tours of Atlantis by my angels, and remember being an Atlantean High Priestess. Sounds crazy – I know – but feel into the frequencies of my heart and remember the Atlantean healing temples are within you too, and within your divine mind.
Water spirit in Ancient Hebrew ‘mem ohr‘ or memory
Remember. Memory – the word comes from the two words in Ancient Hebrew ‘mem ohr‘ which mean ‘water spirit.’ Memories are simply spirit-consciousness stored in certain ‘bodies,’ such as a computer, a brain, our cells, and even within bodies of water on planet earth. In fact, everything is a memory storage device. Matter itself is a storage vehicle of consciousness. When we reincarnate into bodies, our souls become solidified into a single object for one lifetime, or so is the experience. The precious piece here is that consciousness can be transformed, and so can matter. We can turn anything into a golden vibration, by aligning it with God/dess, the golden vibration of Divinity. Thus is alchemy, the symbolic transformation of a base metal into gold.
The Atlantean healing temples are about alchemy – of healing the body, mind, and spirit through aligning it wish certain sacred or ‘golden’ frequencies. Using crystals, water, botanicals and essential oils, sound, light, and vibrations, the Atlanteans attuned people with specific divinely aligned frequencies.
The question is, which frequencies do we as individuals and communities choose to vibrate at? And who controls or chooses the frequencies within each community and on earth? Each of us has free will, yet as a collective we have to decide which direction we want to go in and grow in. We are all one, all part of Oneness, yet there are different styles, bodies, subcultures, and tribes. That’s why we humans require a variety of different healing temples scattered all across the globe, with the intention of collectively harmonizing in Oneness. I suggest harmonizing at least one pool within each of the bathing temples at the 432 hz frequency, which I will explain a bit more about.
What is the 432 hz frequency all about?
The 432 hz frequency is a specific vibratory frequency that harmonizes all life on earth through the Star of David sacred geometry structure that is present through water and within all life. The Star of David is present within all water molecules, quartz crystals and many silica-based crystals, and in silicon chips. Essentially, water crystals, crystals, and silicon chips are storage devices that hold memory. Again, memory comes from the word mem ohr in Ancient Hebrew, which means ‘water spirit.’ The 432 hz frequency restores the sacred eternal ‘memory’ of the soul. The Star of David is the storage structure for your body and for your spirit. 70 percent of your body is water, which is comprised of many little aligned Stars of Davids dancing together as amorphous liquid lattice of many moving water crystals.
The 432 hz frequency balances out the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine, energies, the upper and lower pyramids representing the Divine Feminine and Masculine respectively, the chalice and blade. If you feel that you suffer from an over dominant male or female side, you may want to bath in water activated with the 432 to heal yourself.
The Star of David is also the structure for astral travel, and you can learn more about this if you study themerkaba or merkabah.The 432 hz repairs the merkabic structure of your soul and returns you to a Twin Flame vibration, it returns you to a Higher Self truth essence. It clears of energies of entities, ‘demons,’ or darkness. The 432 hz frequency is the harmony of Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine Love.
I believe that the only question to ask is, “Are we vibrating at Divine Love?” And once we tune into Divine Love, the proper frequencies are put in place, and the next steps become cleared. The Law of Attraction shows up and works in our favor. The Secret taught us to wish for something specific – a red bicycle for instance. But the real secret is to simply attune to Divine Love and abundance, and allow the matter to become formed and manifested alchemically into one’s life.
What’s the matter with matter?
There is no time or space. Matter is simply a construction coming from a program or codex of consciousness. It’s simply solidified sound-vibration. The Atlantean healing temples are a memory of consciousness that we store within our collective and individual subconscious. It is not really a place or time, but a timeless spaceless consciousness that can become translated into a temple. Here on earth, we are living in the 3rd Dimension and have chosen to live in a ‘reality’ experienced through matter.
We as humans take on meat-suits and become matter itself in this experience. This matter – our bodies – can get sick, decay, and eventually die. Yet they can also be enlivened, healthy, ecstatic, and temples of bliss. This is the polarity we live in on earth. There is both heaven and hell potential here, and it is up to us to choose. And this is the game we play here on earth, the university of life!
Atlantean temple as a symbol of healing
A temple is like a temple of your mind. A crown. A 7th chakra or Higher Self connection. An Atlantean temple is a space of community where humans live in spiritual harmony with Divinity and with each other. The healing temples of Atlantis symbolize our conscious choice to heal among one another and to share a collective healing experience through divinity. I’ll share my guided tour dream or astral travel experience of visiting the Atlantean healing temples.
I was flying above Atlantis in my astral body.
Suddenly, I became lucid and conscious of the angels surrounding me. It was really exciting to realize that I was free of my human form. My astral body was light and I was being guided by a higher state of consciousness, though I knew my human mind was awake with me. It was thrilling! I had a sense that something special was going to be revealed to me…
It wasn’t my first time visiting Atlantis, but it was my first time being aware of being in Atlantis and having some very special angelic guides sharing their secrets with me. At the time, in ‘real life,’ I was working as a licensed esthetician within the spa industry, because it has always been my dream of opening a spa of some sort. I have always loved spas because they feel like little magical wonderlands of escape, and the bliss, the warm water, the sounds, the light, the softness – it feels like home to me! Some of the most healing and memorable experiences I’ve had in my life have taken place in spas. So, when I was being shown my majestical angels how they did spas in Atlantis, I was definitely paying attention!
We flew above these gorgeous crystalline pools that were constructed within a hillside. The pools were massive and cut out of marble. I remember that there were about 6 pools laid out over 3 different layers. Two different pools on each side of a very long set of stairs that were a bit like the Spanish Steps in Rome, going down the hillside. The pools had 6 separate healing frequencies and were overseen by various healers and high priestesses and priests. I remember asking my angelic guides how they afforded such a luxury, and even wanted to know how much it would cost me! They replied that everything there was free, that they had a different consciousness than we have on earth now. The Atlanteans appreciate the value of Oneness and know that we are all one. That no one should suffer at the expense of another, and that there is an unlimited abundance for us to share.
I agree with these values: oneness and abundance, and feel they will be at the base of the structure of the newly rebuilt Atlantean Healing temples. Community pools will be potent places for healing, transmutation, and also for creating a harmonized vibration of community.
Also, I believe that in each of these 6 Atlantean pools, each pool had a different sound and healing frequency intended into it. Meaning that the Atlantean High Priests and Priestesses had infused the water with different vibrations, some similar to the 432 hz frequency that I infuse into my water before drinking or taking a bath. 432 hz is the frequency that balances the Star of David-like structure within water, harmonizing the shape of the two equilateral triangles (the Divine Femine and Divine Masculine symbols).
I have used water healing in many of my rituals and prayers that have come true. One favorite true story is the time I matchmade my dear friend Rhea by doing a shamanic Twin Flame ritual by a fountain and some fire. Within one hour of this prayer, we met her Twin Flame, David, who was visiting from Sweden, and they’ve been together since, married, and live between Sweden and California. I don’t doubt the power of healing through water. I know that I have been a water temple priestess in Egypt, Greece, Italy, Native America, Atlantis, Lemuria, and the Pleiades. It is part of my nature, to infuse love into water, and to use water to spread love. Amanda, my name, means ‘Beloved.’
Atlantean healing temple resurrection in Bali
In Bali 2009, I was biking around the small majestic town of Ubud, seeking a magical place to host a goddess retreat that would be abundant and beautiful enough for a small group of healers, entrepreneurs, and spiritual women.
I spent hours combing the streets of Ubud only to find many over-priced or poorly feng shued places that didn’t have my heart. I gave up, suddenly parked my bike, and in the heat, founded my legs walking me down a small shaded dirt road off the beaten path. Though I had no clue where I was going, I felt guided to keep going even though I wasn’t sure if I was walking into a dead-end, or perhaps even onto a private road.
“WTF, this is a healing vortex!”
I saw a small sign that said Spring Water. Thirsty and hot, I felt enticed and followed my intuition. I followed the sign down a smaller road and noticed a different energy surrounding me. “WTF, this is a healing vortex!” I thought to myself as I walked through what seemed like an energy tunnel that was taking me back in time. As I walked downhill alongside a river, and something inside of me shifted as if I were traveling back in time. Or into a new grid of existence. My frustration melted and I lost track of time and space.
I think what happened is that I walked into a grid with Atlantean consciousness. When I reached the top of the little hill, another sign that said ‘Spring Water’ appeared next to a big gate. Not sure if it was a private property or not, I took a deep breath, followed my gut, and entered.
“Hello? Can I help you madam?”
I was greeted by a young man by the name of Ketut (like one out of every four people in Bali with the name Ketut which means literally ‘four’). He seemed warm and gentle. Ketut explained that it was the low-season at their wellness retreat, and that I could have a look around. Chills swept through my body… This must be the place I have been looking for!
Ketut showed me around the entire near-empty retreat grounds. It was beautiful, green, and luscious. There were papayas, big and juicy, as well as durian fruit, bananas, and coconuts hanging from the trees. It felt like a Balinese version of the Garden of Eden! Colorful flowers were lovingly planted around the property, as well as many statues of various gods and goddesses and Buddha heads.
Then, my jaw dropped when I was taken to the most beautiful infinity swimming pool. It sat over the edge of a background that was a thousand shades of green. The rice paddies in Bali are just stunning, and this one was more beautiful and secluded than the ones I’d seen. I took in the view for a few moments. Ketut then offered for me to take a few hours to try out the pool for free. At that time, this was a precious gift, for I didn’t have the money to pay for such a high-end hotel retreat, and didn’t want to pay for a swimming pool indulgence (mind you I was still making only 4-figures and was stuck in poverty until 2010 when I had a money breakthrough).
Now was my chance to experience my first Atlantean healing experience.
Ketut then lead me down a long pathway of stairs to the hidden bathing springs, a little bathing pool next to a river. There were three statues spouting out water into the fountain bathing-pool. He explained that the dragon represented the spirit, the pig represented the body, and the lion the mind. He encouraged me to fill up my water bottle and take a drink. The spring was over a few hundred years old and the water was pure and healing. He then left me a small blue towel and a little bar of soap, as this literally was a bathing pool that could be drained out like a bathtub. Ketut walked back up to the reception area and left me to myself.
I soaked in the surroundings and felt myself in the presence of magic.
For some reason, I had the feeling that I wasn’t mean to be wearing the bikini that I’d brought with me. In Bali I always need a bathing suit because there is water water everywhere – ocean, pools, fountains, and little springs because it’s a volcanic island. So I tossed my suit aside, stripped down, prayed that no one would come down and find me, and I slipped my feet into the cool water. The warm tropical air contrasted the chilly water that was just cold enough to make me hesitate about dunking under. But I felt guided to do a full-body baptism, so I made a prayer, laid back, and went under. I opened my eyes to the sky and saw the sun shining above me through the crystalline water.
Out of no where, a gust of emotion swept though me, and ancient waves of sadness burst through me. It was like I was returning home. Like I was going back to my Atlantean roots, and for the first time in a long time I remembered how much I missed it. You can only know ‘separation’ if you know what ‘home’ or ‘self’ means first.
Atlantis represents home, birthing, the womb, the Divine Mother, the Sacred Feminine, tribal harmony, crystalline consciousness, and idealism realized. In many timelines, Atlantis has been a place that has gone out of whack, has been destroyed or manipulated or has carried a dark vibration. Yet that is just an experience. The true Atlantis is a place in our Divine Minds where our spirits and God/dess are one, and where crystal cities, temples, communities rise from an honoring of Oneness.
I dried myself off, put on my bikini, and walked up to the main pool. The view was simply stunning. I put my things down and jumped in. Euphoria swept through my body. I felt the deepest sense of Divine Love, of God’s love enveloping. I think it was the first time in my life I felt this way without being in love with another human being.
I twirled around like a dolphin in the water for an hour or so, spinning and somersaulting in celebration with the Divine Feminine. Visions of taking women to this special place and doing mermaid pool dips delighted me. I imagined a group of Atlantean High Priestesses enjoying the pure waters with me, giggling, sharing, praying, and honoring each other. A sunshine beam of joy exuded from my heart. Then I felt that I was not alone, that there were devic beings – loving spirits who were watching over the land. They were watching me and wanted my attention. Feeling only love and joy, I spoke to them telepathically:
“Who are you?” The sun was setting, and the colors were starting to highlight the sky with pink, lavender, and cobalt, with the silhouettes of black palm trees. I heard them respond,
“We are the caretakers of this land. This is sacred land, an ancient territory that holds an ancient magic. It is pure and protected. There is magic waiting for you here, Amanda, and we have brought you here, guided you to come here with your tribe. We have been waiting for you for a long time, to transmit this magic.”
Then they told me something about how those who had been coming to the land weren’t ready for the
information, and that they were grateful that I was a bright and open spirit. I loved that they had honored me with their communications and had faith that I could bring other high priestesses here.
Yet for the past five years, I felt like I had failed them, these gorgeous devic beings. For it has taken me afull 5 years to be ready. I’m finally brining a group of 7 high priestesses to Bali for a retreat on Valentine’s Day 2014. Before now, I have tried every single year to gather a group of women to come to Bali. But for some reason or another, it simply wasn’t ready, or I wasn’t ready. I did go back to the springs once again in 2009, and I brought a couple with me, a Balinese man and Australian woman. We did a water prayer together.
I went back to Bali for their Twin Flame wedding on 11/11/11. I visited the springs and again felt the water’s healing activation. Yet again, the energies didn’t seem ready, or I didn’t feel ready to bring my goddess pilgrims back to Bali. On October 25, 2011, I had a premonition of a tsunami, earthquake, or flood happening and wondered if I should have come to Bali at all before December 21, 2012. Sure enough, on October 26, there was a 6.0 earthquake in Bali that shook me to the core. Ironically, it transmuted my fear into waves of kundalini bliss and I realized that I had nothing to fear.
I trust the slow birth process of rebirthing and rebuilding the goddess temples here on earth. If it were up to me entirely, I would have resurrected Atlantis always and forever here on earth, and let angels’ light guide the government our planet entirely. But that’s just me, I guess it might not be as exciting and interesting as it is with all this darkness to clear up and integrate into the plot. I’m the kind of being who like movies to be happily ever after from beginning to end, but other people say that would be boring. I just think it would be fine! But so here we are, in duality. I am just so excited to be bringing through a new era of Divine Feminine bliss where we can celebrate each other through Oneness, through our own quirky individuality, and through breaking free from limitations. That’s why I came here. Why did you come and stick around?
Fast forward to 2099…
The Atlantean Water Healing Temples and Goddess Temples were resurrected, and they all lived happily every after forever and ever.
That’s the reality I hope to create before my last breath in this lifetime. What’s the reality you’re excited to create?

Yet they have stuck with us in our adulthood, and these tales are only distorted reflections of our hopes and dreams. Deprogramming Cinderella Syndrome
Someday My Prince Will Come…Sure, that’s true, but not if you sit back on your laurels in your silly watchtower being trapped by your evil stepmother or queen (the false feminine, as opposed to the Divine Feminine upholding Divine Truth). Someday was a great idea, until someday came along and brought us lots of pain and heartache when we tried to squeeze a Happily Ever After out of the wrong mate, potential partner, or crush obsession. Ouch. Heartbroken and disappointed a few times over, yet that’s what it takes to learn the lesson. That no matter how hard we try, no man, person, place, or thing can heal us until we are willing to do the “dirty work” within ourselves. It is Lightwork actually, even when it seemed dirty and painful at the time, the results are so bright little Cinderella birdies will wanna flutter all around.
Through fairytales, we learned the main distorted message: a damsel in distress can be saved from all evil, entrapment, and from being neglected and abandoned, simply by attracting a handsome prince! In a nutshell, fairytales, though romantic and love-inspiring, teach a distorted message and false promises that can create a lot of heartache and relationship disfunction. Or even divorce… That is not so romantic! To inspire True Love, we must re-write fairytales in a way that empowers us–girls and women–especially the Inner Child. Ultimately, our fairytales must emphasize the harmonization of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within. The balance between independence and inter-dependence will triumph over disfunctional co-dependence forevermore.
Healing Cinderella Syndrome
Yes loves, it is time to transition out of Cinderella Syndrome, from Damsel in Distress into Twin Flame Love! These relationships will truly be Awakened ones, and hold full potential for true Happily Ever After. In truth, we Cinderellas out there have to “save” ourselves first. Being self-saved Power Priestesses makes us very eligible and attractive to the right sexy-souled partner. That way he or she doesn’t have to take care of us like a wounded daughter or little girl. Further, no one else, I repeate no one, can actually save us when we are up our damsel high towers when we are too stubborn to save ourselves first. To save ourselves, all it takes is a conscioussness. “I save myself consciousness” instantly dissolves “Save me consciousness”–you will attract an entirely different species of mate. So go do it and enjoy!
Again, to access Twin Flame Love, or any type of love, we must first realize it within ourselves. This can seem like no easy feat, especially when we have grown up in a world where our Inner Child was scarred, scared, and felt separated from the Sacred. However, that was then and this is now; the healed and whole Inner Child can now align with the Inner High Priestess to attract her Divine Partner. This is the new paradigm of 2012.
Awakening Divine Love within ourselves requires us to first observe and undo the love-limits that have scarred us and blocked us from receiving external love just like the deep moat of water and thorny brambles surrounding a castle preventing Mr. Right from traipsing in. The Truth about Happily Ever After
True Happily Ever After does not mean being lazy, easy, or loving without compromise. Relationships takework, just like a magical garden takes energy for it to grow. Like a relationship, you must water and plant and weed. You must decide which new fruits and plants you want to harvest; there are a lot of decisions and actions to take. You must remain commited, excited, and focused on the joy of the prizes that arrive daily. You must be able to cut your losses of the tomatoes that rot on the vine. Further, in the Garden of Love, you may prick yourself on the rose bush on occassion; even when her blossoms are so lovely it still hurts! We are all human, and we must learn from eartlhy lessons.
Healing Your Inner Child Fairytale Meditation:
Sit in a safe space and get into a grounded meditation mode. Relax, sit back, and enjoy the ride. Candles, incense, chakras spinned, and three ohms if you so please!
Imagine yourself as the most spiffy and fantastical fairy-magic castle in your own fairytale. The castle is YOU, and it also represents the home, hearth, womb, shelter, mother, Feminine, Divine Mother, etc. See a giant moat around it, and a scratchy overgrowth of thorny brambles that block out the love of your Divine Partner. Ouch! Ewwe!
Then, see a thick, heavy drawbridge that attaches to a mighty golden Divine Door to your own Divine Heart of this castle of you. Ahhh… Now acknowledge that the brambles have served you for these many years to protect you from perceived dangers. But also know that you no longer need them, for they were keeping both good and evil out, and blocking you from fully receiving as a High Priestess. Ask your guides to come into the scene now and allow the drawbridge to come down, allowing the door to your Divine Heart to gently open. Then feel the guides’ wisdom and protection watching over you and the door so that your castle is safe, protected, yet welcome to the right Beloved and loved ones who need to pass over the moat. Know now that there is no reason to attract thieves or Twin Flame counterfeits who attempt to steal hearts for you are protected, you are loved, you are love, and you are the Sacred Goddess Temple of De-Light.
There will always be joy, there will always be pain, surrender, and loss in creation, growth, and magic sometimes, in the Divine Garden on Earth, and through the Twin Flame Unions here. But on the whole, Happily Ever After can be had, as long as we align with

Attractiveness doesn’t have to be generic

Without the spice and attraction, you got yourself a best friend and nothing more. Nothing wrong with a best friend, but don’t kid yourself.
You are probably saying, “Amanda, isn’t it superficial to say that attractive people are better than less attractive people on a soul level?” And I’m saying No, it’s not. Because attractiveness is spiritual. And its not the Hollywood kinda pretty or hot I am talking about, as attractiveness does not have to be generic. True beauty is all in the eye of the beholder. In fact, true attractiveness is simply a spiritual vibration based on high levels of sacred geometry.
The beholder interprets the geometry however he or she “likes” beauty. True spiritual beauty emanates from our physical form and it resonates with the beloved onlooker–on an eyes, ears, nose, and especially an energetic level. This is the alchemy of seeing your Twin Flame’s true beauty–beauty can only be seen by those who understand the secrets of sacred beauty.
Alchemical attractiveness lesson one: Beauty is unique.
Everyone’s attractiveness taste buds are unique, just as everyone looks unique. So there’s someone for you – there’s someone for everyone! A perfect mach on all the levels, beauty included. Throw it out NOW, the old paradigm of everyone wants Brad Pitt. That’s so boring! Stop trying to look act and be the same as the same old boring plastic model. Be you beautiful one. And stop lusting after generic plastic beauty that lacks substance.
Remember those those generically hot guys or bombshell gals that everyone wanted to date or be in high school (and sometimes they manage to stay ladies men or it girls for many years)? Where are they now? Most likely they either abused or ran away from or hopefully came to terms with the superficiality of their so-called physical perfection that got them in the door (or nether-region). A lot of the Hollywood hot people are actually suffocated or suffering with their beauty because no one can see the real them.
Yes beautiful: true beauty is on a much deeper level. We are all here by Divine Design; we are created by our creator with a perfect divine plan. We are gifted with the perfect package. We are all incredibly attractive to our Twin Flame, and vice versa. We are even granted a certain number of soulmates who find us stunning and make us feel our own attractiveness. Sometimes it can be annoying when you’re not attracted back to these people (a soulmate whose lesson/gift is to uplift your beauty confidence)! When I was in Italy I got a ton of cat calls and suitors who complimented me to the point where I stopped doing my own beauty affirmations because being told that I was hot all day long by these stallioni burned the message into my subconscious. Ironically, though their compliments helped me get into “I’m hot” instead of “I’m not” thinking, I only ended up being attracted to three men during my 3-year love affair with Italy. More ironically was that none of these men hit on me until later in our dating. Still, I will always be grateful for coming of age in Italy and hope that more American and Anglo men can learn the art of flattery and compliments from their Latin counterparts.
Ultimately, it’s about having both mutual physical attraction and mutual soul attraction for the right soulmate. Guess where it starts? It starts within…
Use the Law of Attraction!
The Law of Attraction states that “like attracts like.” Therefore, if you want to attract someone that you find attractive, you must first find yourself attractive. Hopefully you like what you see in the mirror! It’s no easy feat in this culture, where we limit the ideas of beauty. Especially for women, right!? I myself suffered from Barbie complex (and I still catch myself in moments sometimes) where I thought unless I looked like the perfect skinny toned perky Californian blondie, I couldn’t be loved or beautiful. It sucks when you live in fear of cellulite, water retention, wrinkles, pimples, and all the other stuff that comes with being woman/human! That’s not pretty. True beauty is confidence. Self-acceptance. Joy. Trust. Good posture. Open-heartedness. A smile is beautiful. In a nutshell, when you are radiant, glowing yourself, your own true Divine frequency out to the Universe, that is beautiful. Then you are a real bite of bait for the right soulmate.
Fall in love with yourself
That’s it. That’s what it takes–become a narcissist! Kidding. That’s so not the right word…Self-adoring, that’s a better fit! You don’t have to be self-absorbed in a selfish or narcissistic way to love yourself. True self-love is the kind where you are so in love with yourself that you see God/Goddess in yourself. Then, you see that God/Goddess and you are one. You feel the oneness of your soul with all souls, with divinity. You look in the mirror and see love and light that comes from your being a child of God/Goddess. And that you are not separate from God/Goddess. This becomes very exciting! Then you realize that all beings are little fractions of God, or more like microcosms of the macrocosm through which you can explore Oneness.
There are many potential soulmates out there for you to test out
Some are zany, insane, sexy, scary, goofy, interesting, boring, annoying, beautiful, and highly unattractive reflections of God/Goddess. Your job: to love everything and everyone in an unconditionally loving and compassionate way while discerning what is best for you as a human. It is not wrong to be attracted to certain types and not others. It is not wrong if you grew up around a certain type of person and feel comfortable marrying only that type of person. Never date (in the long term, one date is OK!) or marry someone you’re not attracted to. I do suggest trying to date outside of your race, class, spirituality, social group etc., so that you can understand Oneness through diversity. You will learn a lot as you seek out your Twin Flame. Moreover, it is possible that your Twin Flame is not a part of your inner circle/race etc. Many Twin Flames have reported to be living in different parts of the globe yet attract each other through divine guidance (plus online connecting or crossing during travels). They seem to often know that despite the differences of culture/race etc., there is an instant feeling Twin Flame recognition that is quite strong.
Your soul knows what you need, and your human self will be guided and follow the path perfectly to the perfect mate. It’s OK to kiss a few frogs on the journey too, but do keep in mind that you must be happy, blissful, satisfied! In my YouTube video, What the Heck Is a Twin Flame? I define a Twin Flame as the other half of your soul incarnate. It’s living breathing you in the carnage (physical human form) of another. Same soul, different meat-suit.
According to Greek mythology, we were all once attached to our Twin Flame. If we had a male or female other half attached directly to us. But our powers were too strong, we became so godlike that Zeus got jealous and had humans sliced in half. ‘Til this day, we’re still suffering looking for our Divine Match, according to this metaphorical (I think!?) legend. In another blog article, What Is a Twin Flame? Twin Flame Q & A by A Twin Flame Expert, I talked about the difference between a Twin Flame Love and a soulmate love.
A soulmate in essence is a soul who comes in to teach you a lesson (and vice versa) and it can be romantic or not. If a Twin Flame being the other half of your soul can be a very exciting concept for those of us new to waking up, or those of us who have been awake but not yet totally aligned in relationship. Twin Flame seeking then becomes a very beautiful path of self-discovery then.
Not many people have known about our ability to attract a Twin Flame up until recently.
Many spiritual schools taught that a Twin Flame is something not worth seeking or of importance; some schools teach that it’s outright impossible for most. But it’s 2016, and the matrix energetics are realigning. New perspectives are allowing us to seek the answers within, and often times the answers say “I don’t choose to believe that,” and it is so. We are what we think. Beliefs shift reality. Once indoctrinated to believe we simply couldn’t have what we wanted, now we can indoctrinate ourselves with whatever we choose.
In 2012, we became our own doctors. Our own teachers, masters, gurus, shrinks, and lovers. That doesn’t mean that we can’t get external guidance and motivation along the way and that all external mentors are ineffective. Contrarily, teachers are simply mirrors of ourselves showing us what we believe or deep down know inside of us. When we have false teachings show up, it’s ourselves giving ourselves a test with a trick question on it. Do you (a) Write it off that you can’t have your Twin Flame because someone told you or it hasn’t happened, (b) Believe in Twin Flames but choose that it’s not likely for you, (c) Stay openminded and open-hearted to the idea as you deeply seek deep self-soul love, or (d) Decide that you definitely have to have a Twin Flame or else (you’ll die perhaps!?)? The best answer I suggest is (c). Why not give love a try, with the parachute on your back being the deepest sense of self-love and self care?
How do I know if my partner is my Twin Flame? First, ask yourself, do you even really want a Twin Flame? Here is what is required of being in a Twin Flame relationship:
Deep soul evolution, being on an Ascension path
Self-awareness at all times, on all levels
Being conscious from a Higher Self perspective
Being grounded in the earth plane and facing your insecurities
Going through a Dark Night of the Soul, if needed, to get to the Higher Self aspect
Healing your root chakra and learning to make friends with money, survival, and wealth consciousness
Being willing to surrender everything you currently “know” as love
Being willing to leave a bad marriage or even a pretty decent one that is not your Twin Flame relationship
To learn and know the difference between karmic soulmate love and Twin Flame Love vibrations
Letting go of the way things look
Being willing to fall in love with someone who might not fit into the box of traditional relationships
Being open to your Twin Flame being on another side of the globe or of a different culture
Tons of clearing, healing cleaning, de-cluttering of your aura, home, finances, and all aspects of your life so they align with the truth
Finally, and most importantly: deep unconditional self-soul love and gratitude
Darn! That’s a long list, I know you’re saying. It is. Yet think about all the soul growth you’ve already done in your life and even over the past few years. That’s a long list too.
Even if you have just a few things on the list above, you’re already getting Twin Flame set if you so desire. Now back to the question, how do you know if you’re in a Twin Flame relationship? Simply study yourself and how you are showing up in your current relationship.
Twin Flame Examination Starts at the Self.
First focus on YOU, and not the relationship (an external Twin Flame Mirror of you)…
Staring at you allows you to empower yourself and go to the source of the Twin Flame relationship, since you’re the only one you’ll be with 24-hours a day for the rest of your life! And you are the one who decides if someone is your Twin Flame. I have been told by several men that they were likely my Twin Flame and with pressure and persuasion behind it for not so Light reasons…it seems “Hey baby, I think you’re my Twin Flame” could be the latest New Age pickup line!
Does my heart feel so open wide that I love all things?
Do I have a huge dose of unconditional self-love?
Do I have a huge doses of unconditional love for every being on the planet?
True Twin Flame Litmus Testing to Be Released Next Fall!
Joking:) So you wanna take a litmus test to know if your guy/gal is the Twin Flame for you?! Pee into this panel and I’ll send it off to the lab and tell ya:) Kidding! While they haven’t come out with a Twin Flame fool proof test, you can try this one to get some good ideas:
Have I “come out of the closet” as a healer, indigo, crystal child, rainbow, etc, or do I hide myself and my talents to “play it safe” in front of my partner?
T or F? In a way, I know I could leave this person, because we are so entirely at one that on some level it doesn’t matter if we’re together or apart. I have faced my fears of disappointing him or her and my own fears of abandonment.
Am I staying with this person for the sake of the children, appearances, or out of insecurity?
Do I find this person attractive on most all levels?
Has your partner ever abused you verbally, physically, or psychically?
Is your relationship of service to the planet in a way that serves people outside of the relationship/family? (This can count even if it’s through deep love energetically releasing to the world).
Is there one single thing that doesn’t fit that keeps eating away at you or the relationship that you can’t let go for over more than a year? Sorry, I hate to break it to you, but this sounds like a deal-breaker…
Have you not unlocked some really old childhood fears and behaviors and family programs that are inhibiting your current relationship to a great degree? (this is not a total sign s/he isn’t the one, but it’s a good sign that as you heal, your energy will greatly shift making you more TF eligible).
Does your partner fully love you and support you and accept you?
Does your partner reject your ideas frequently, or not understand who you are on the deepest level?
Do you and your partner not know a lot about each others Higher Self energies?
Would you give your life for this person? If so, that’s not a good sign! You have to always put yourself first:) That was a trick question BTW!

Take bold little steps every day. For instance, when you’re in line at the grocery store and like someone, casually chat with him/her. Or even ask him out! Flirt with people by asking them where they got their clothes. Men often like really dumb questions, so don’t get hung up on the words. A simple smile often will do to get things started.
One of my favorite pick up lines that really works is saying this word with a smile: “Hi!”
My friend Rhea needed to snag her crush before he walked out of the door on the night we did her Twin Flame activation ritual (we were in a pub and it seemed as if her crush was going to leave soon). I told her to run up to him fast and talk to him, and suggested she ask him something random. So she asked him if he was from Texas. He said No, he was from Sweden! Flattered by her bravery, it was love at first sight, they moved in together within a few weeks, and it made one of my favorite Twin Flame success stories success stories!
What do you have to lose? Be bold and playful. Ask him/her to ask you out. Joke and use physical touch to get his attention, even just a little pat on the back or graze of your hand on his. Men love being lightly showered with touch and attention, as do women!
Approach your fears online if it calls you
Ain’t no shame in going cyber-lovin’! Go Twin Flame online dating if you haven’t tried it lately and you feel open to it. A lot of women resist online dating, but a whopping one third of U.S. married couples met online! This third may not be you just because you decide to hit up the internet for a few dates. If you totally don’t resonate with online dating, just go onto one of the websites and “shop” for men as an exercise, women always get a giggle from this at least, and it puts us in a dating energy. You may browse OK Cupid and not even have to go on an actual date there to meet your soulmate, but the cyber dating energy can be good. It’ll help you get out there, out of your head, possibly out of your house, and back in the dating pool again if it’s been a while. I’ve heard of some women signing up on spiritual dating sites and then randomly meeting their spiritual partner offline a few days later because they put the energy out there!
Resistance to Success: Online Dating Success Story
My client Jenna hadn’t been on a date in over 6 years. Though she was an amazing goddess–smart, bright, successful, beautiful, and loved to travel, she’d hit a bad heartbreak and then a rut. Before that, she’d dated a slew of bad boyz who didn’t honor the amazingness that she is. She was so super resistant to going online dating, but I told her to get over it and just try it out. So, we worked together on getting her on *a date* to get her back into “dating shape.” So she posted her profile on OKcupid.com, and within a week she’d dated two really great guys! Her skin glowed, her confidence started coming back, and she felt sexy again. Guess what happened? Within only a few short weeks, she met handsome Seth, her awesome soulmate/Twin Flame partner and they lived pretty darn happily ever after, and have two gorgeous Starchildren.
Moral of the story: get online asap, even using Facebook as your safe playground. Especially if you haven’t tried online dating, or if you have been dateless for more than a year. Try out a new site if you have been glued to the same one and haven’t been getting results. Start taking action, it’ll get the energy moving.
Various clients and friends of mine who have been through a dating dry spell will initially get online as a tool to get the juices flowing. Then, with boosted confidence, they’ll randomly meet a guy at the coffee shop, or notice someone at work and end up dating offline, thinking “Why haven’t I met him before!?” Boys attract more boys through the Law of Male Competition. Everyone wants a queen bee. Moral of the story: online dating breeds more dating! Get out there and try it out.
Bottom line: be bold and do things you don’t normally do.
You don’t have to go online, it’s just an option. What’s more important is to just get out there and spread your love! So also do things just for you that knock your socks off, that are outside of the box. Take a salsa class, or cooking lesson, or hit up a comedy club with a new friend. Try a vegetarian meetup or start your own one. Get out of your boring daily/weekly rhythm to bring in fresh romance energy. Maybe even get far far away… Take a Twin Flame pilgrimage to that country you’ve always wanted to see! It doesn’t hurt to travel to meet your Twin Flame. Dress a little sexier if you’re normally in sweats… Do something that gets you out of the house even on a chilly day. Girl, just take your pick, make your move, and dive into bliss!

Tip Two: Don’t Worry About Getting Rejected
Although it goes against our natural instincts, getting rejected is the best medicine to attract your Twin Flame. It means that you’re able to love yourself most of all when it appears that God (or in this case, some man or human specimen) doesn’t love and adore you back.
Who cares if he doesn’t like you back?! Go find someone who will! In truth, you are God’s lovechild, and there’s no reason not to be loved… However, you do have to realize the somewhat harsh fact that you simply won’t be loved in that soulmate way by all beings because that’s just how it works – and it would be really complicated. Would you want three million karmic soulmates knocking on your door? I think not! It’s funny how obsessed we become about not being rejected, when truly the main goal should be to get accepted by our one true perfect match.
Finally, I work with many women who have suffered from body image/self-esteem issues, like I have myself. We beat ourselves up for not being perfect and convince ourselves that we have to change in order to get an attractive guy to love us. Don’t fall for it! It was all a misinterpretation from a shampoo ad campaign you watched in the 80s. Real men want real women; humans like honest and real organic beauty more than sliced and diced makeup perfection. Despite what the cosmetic sales people or plastic surgeons may tell you (it’s probably for their children’s college tuition, so don’t take it personally).
Just a little beauty accenting and color highlights for fun and play is OK. Don’t go overboard. Allow your own true beauty to shine through to attract your Twin Flame with your authentic self. If he rejects you because you have a zit or some larger pores or a cellulite butt like I have, move on; that’s not true love! Your Twin Flame will love all of you and find you absolutely sexy.

Tip Four: Be yourself

Start the date/relationship by just being yourself. This will pay off BIG! Let your true colors fly. It doesn’t mean that you cannot impress your potential mate, or even shine a bit from the start, but do so with authenticity. Show some imperfections. While wearing the perfect outfit on the first date can be fun, are you able to dress it down after dinner with some walking shoes and a windbreaker to go on that beach hike? I hope so, because no one wants to be his Royal Prince Charming’s b*tch. No darling, you are a queen and queen bees get to set their own rules!
It’s so darn simple: it’s super important to find your soulmate from a place of passion and taking inspired action. It’s all about playing BIG in the outer game, while nurturing your inner game too.
