I am feeling beautifully creative today, and wanted to do a spa pampering blog post for y’all this week on how to do a Twin Flame Facial!
Healing the energy on and around your face is an important step for self-care and Twin Flame attraction, for you must awaken your Inner Goddess in order to call in your King or Queen!
Twin Flame Facials can heal and transform your mood, and shift your outlook on your own beauty. Here are some of the real hot benefits of doing your own or getting facials done:
- You’ll have more gorgeous hydrated, toned, supple, smooth sexy skin that your soulmate will appreciate from afar and by touch
- You’ll cleanse the skin of dead skin cells, hardened oil, clogged pores, and old toxins
- You’ll nourish your skin with energy, minerals, oils, and healthy natural products to give a more vibrant youthful energy and look
- You’ll feel more sexy and confident in your own skin, which invokes a higher vibration energy that is required to attract your Twin Flame

A lesser known fact about me is that I worked as a licensed esthetician for about 5 years, and have always loved doing beauty treatments on Twin Flame-seeking clients.

What I love about facials is that they can transform your skin within; the skin holds psychic and psychological memory or information.
Your face holds a lot of energy, as it’s where your eyes–the windows to your soul–meet the world. Your skin is also where people often first see you, recognize, you, judge you, or remember you from a past life.
If you’re holding stuck psychic energy in your skin and face, your Twin Flame might not be able to recognize you through your mask of pain, shame, or hiding energy.
That’s why it’s important to clear the face of both physical and psychic degrees during your Twin Flame Facial.
While there’s no simple solution to eradicating wrinkles, healing acne, or having pores no more where there were many before, facials do heal skin in the long-term and can impact all kinds of skin issues.

What is the Twin Flame facial?

I have created this Twin Flame Facial that is good for all (or most) skin types. You can adjust the recipe if you have a preference for certain ingredients.
This facial ritual holds a specific vibration for calling in your Twin Flame.
Or, if you are already with your Twin Flame, you can do this facial on yourself or the both of you to activate the Twin Flame energies between you!
The Twin Flame Facial requires the following tools:
- 1 small towel
- 1 large towel
- 1 large bowl
- 2 smaller bowls
- A pillow
- A 432 hz tuning fork, available online or in music or metaphysical shops
- Blender
- Cotton balls
It requires very tiny amounts of the following ingredients:
- Gentle creamy cleanser
- Rice powder (finely ground rice flour)
- Raw organic coconut oil
- Essential oil of rose, rose geranium, and rosemary
- Rose petals
- Clay – French clay or really any type of dry powdered clay from healthfood store
- Cucumber slices
- Organic aloe vera gel
- Organic raw honey
- Toner (I like Ilike Organics of Hungary Rosehip Toner)
Note: always educate yourself before working with essential oils and do a patch test to see if you’re sensitive/allergic. Don’t apply oils neat (without a base oil/mask) lest ye wish to get burned!
How to give yourself a Twin Flame Facial
- Charge all of the liquid ingredients with the 432 hz tuning fork (the 432 frequency is a Twin Flame vibration that harmonizes water with sacred geometry).
- Cleanse your face twice gently but thoroughly until all makeup and dirt is removed. You can use coconut oil on a cotton ball to remove heavy eye makeup first. The first cleanse cleanses dirt/debris; the second cleanse will deeply cleanse the skin.
- Rinse really well with splashes of tepid-warm water. Do not use hot water, especially if you suffer from acne, rosacea, or inflammation
- Next, take a few pinches of the rice powder and add it to a little bit of water until it becomes a fine paste. Do a very gentle facial scrub using gentle circular movements with almost no pressure, and rinse
- Do an oil cleanse: take a spoonful of the coconut oil mixed with a drop of rose and massage it into the moist skin. Use light strokes moving your fingers intuitively where it feels right. Keep massaging for about 3-5 minutes until your blackheads have emulsified and disappeared
- Next, take a warm cloth or esthetician’s sponge to remove the oil.
- Detox mask: mix the clay powder with a drop of rosemary. Add enough water to mix to a cake batter consistency. Apply with a soft fan brush or gently with your fingers. Rest lying down with cucumbers on the eyes
- Remove the mask once it sets, before it gets too dry and crumbly (otherwise the toxins may start to reabsorb in your skin)
- Then, apply a thin layer of raw honey to the skin. I suggest warming it in a bowl or in your hands first so its soft and smooth
- Layer your honey mask with a mask made of aloe gel mixed with a drop of rose geranium essential oil
- Layer this final mask with rose petals on top, and you’ll feel like the Rose Queen!
- To complete your facial, gently rinse and remove the final mask, tone, and apply moisturizer or organic sunscreen
Finish your Twin Flame Facial ritual with a foot bath and a warm cup of tea, or perhaps even a masturtation to quickly call in your Twin Flame!
Take care of yourself as the goddess you are, and your Twin Flame mirror will come running towards you to serve your highest essence.
Twin Flame rituals like these will help you call in the one, especially when you practice them regularly as part of a self-care routine.

“Help! I don’t know how to find my Twin Flame!”
As a Twin Flame Matchmaker, I get this a lot.
I want to be able to say, “Just use the Law of Attraction, and your Twin Flame will come!”
But it’s really not that simple. We can use the Twin Flame Law of Attraction, but we do have to evolve and grow on the spiritual, mental, and emotional levels before calling in our Beloved.
That’s why I highly suggest using this tip before calling in your man or woman, as it’s a powerful tool for self and soul development that will prepare you for the real deal.
Find your Twin Flame fast with Soul Family
Calling in a Twin Flame is quite a journey for many of us–it certainly was for me! I used this very powerful key to call in my Beloved who fits me like a glove, and I discovered it on accident. I have shown my clients how to call in their partner using this tool as well, and it seems to be an important step for those stuck in a dating rut.

Here is an example of my Soul Family Reunion success story! My soul sister Chiara and I met in Florence, Italy years ago in 2003, and it felt immediately as if we were old friends. Past life perhaps?
After moving back from Italy, Chiara and I were mostly out of touch for a decade because it was way before Facebook and even email was rather rare in Italy.

Chiara and I would sit at cafes laughing and talking about what our Twin Flames looked like, fantasizing about the cute business men walking in or the hot Greek waiters (who did turn into brief love affairs for both of us!). The energy was playful and I felt like my Soul Sister and I could create anything together.
I felt way less stuck in the Twin Flame department after spending time with Chiara, and I don’t think it was a coincidence that the last time I saw her in person was during the same timeframe in which I met my Beloved.
There is much healing, and magic that happens in Soul Family Partnerships.
To this day, I have Chiara to thank for helping her meet my Twin Flame, Jack. I met Jack for the second time at Ecstatic Dance Oakland the night that I brought Chiara in for a visit! I love both of my Soul Family Members and know that Chiara was an important gateway to my reunion with Jack.
My message to you is to spend time with people who really fill your cup, who melt your heart, and who even push your buttons at times because they help you grow so swiftly!
I am indebted to Chiara especially for the difficult fight we got in at the end of her last visit–it pushed me to grow and face my worst fears. We worked through it together and stepped into a new level of love and surrender. It was not easy.
It wasn’t easy…But neither are Twin Flame relationships!

No Twin Flame psychic can tell you the truth about your Twin Flame, unless she is reflecting the truth of your own Inner Knowing.

As a Twin Flame Matchmaker, I have never given women readings like “He’s totally your Twin Flame! I see a future with you two.” I have seen potential outcomes but I always put it like “I can see this possibly happening, but proceed with caution.” When I was newer to the intuitive reading world, I made all the mistakes that other healers make at first: we take what is metaphysically showing up on our radar and say it is the absolute truth. But no one can know, only the person who is creating their reality.
Twin Flame practitioners must learn to empower their clients to help them find their own answers
I have learned to never disempower my clients, to instead focus on healing their past pain and getting them clear on their pleasure and creating a pathway to their dream lives. It’s not about being a future reader, as the future depends on how clear, blissful, and strong you are.
I have attracted many young women followers to me (probably because I have a magical little child) and I have to coach them to be empowered and to trust THEMSELVES as a guru.
Some of ‘the best’ psychics told me that I was not a fit for my Twin Flame Jack. They said he wasn’t my Twin Flame because he was too young or too this, too that; there was someone else they saw for me. Other psychics said he was the one, and there were many pre-encounter predictions including my own readings on myself. Needless to say, it was very confusing when we first met because I had been expecting massive love at first sight Twin Flame Recognition. But of course since my heart was so bruised and guarded because I’d been heartbroken by my Twin Flame Counterfeit Mark, I had a wall up and wasn’t ready to decide right away with anyone.

In the end, I chose Jack as my truth. I witnessed him as my truest Twin Flame because he is my biggest expression of bliss, fun, play, joy, heart, future, and Twin Flame Love. And for so many more reasons that I will continue to share with you.
Though it took me time to decide if he was the real deal (and I suggest that you take your time as well, because the 3D world can play tricks on you and I have seen SO many clients say “I know he’s my Twin Flame” and it fizzles, and that was me once). After facing so many of our fears and questions together, I felt destiny was in the cards. I even felt it in my body (specifically in my yoni, which I will talk about later).
After nine months of dating Jack, I finally surrendered to our love. I let go and fell in love fully, trusting this man was not going to run or hurt me, and I allowed to build trust in our future
Who cared if several psychics said yes, and several were telling me no!
The answer to “Is he my Twin Flame?” is always within. When you start seeking answers that are outside yourself, you will create chaos and confusion.

Twin Flames Are Our Mirrors
The parts of ourselves that we love and hate are mirrored onto our Twin Flame.
Dang it! I thought when we found our Twin Flames we were going to live in a magic bubble and never have to deal with problems again.
In this post I want to underline how important it is to accept ourselves, and how the way I have rejected myself showed up in my Twin Flame relationship. I almost became the Twin Flame Runner that I so despised because I nearly rejected myself. I don’t want this for you!
Self-Rejection Shows up as Those Annoying Things About Your Twin Flame
I used to have body image issues. Still do. Which is why I projected that I needed a Twin Flame to be as hot as a conscious Ashton Kusher.
I thought I had to have a man like that to be happy in life. My Twin Flame, as it turned out, has reddish hair and a very red beard, which I was NOT expecting and it took me time to get used to. I’m picky! He’s not dark and tan like the man I always fantasized about. He gets sunburnt on Sundays at brunch. Before I met him, I was sure I had to have a tan muscle-man in order to feel satisfied.
Hogwash!
Believe me, my Twin Flame has a sexy body. Great arms, broad shoulders I can grab onto and sink my teeth in. But he’s real. He is man and God, but boy is there no escaping that he (like me) is a raw and real human.
I have never felt comfortable with my human body, and my Twin Flame often reflects my discomfort
He’s sexy and yet he’s human. Along with the orange beard, he’s got occasional breakouts on his back (sorry babe, hope I can share!). I’m like, “Babe, it’s time to do a back facial to get rid of that bacne! Boys are so lazy. How can you tolerate bacne?!” and he’s like “Woman, men don’t care about that $hit, leave me alone my back is fine.” Then I attack him with a back brush or yummy salt scrub–and he likes it because it reminds him of being groomed by his mother. We play-fight and it’s fun.
He’s teaching me to chill about my female primping and preening perfectionist tendencies!
What you thought you wanted wasn’t always real. The key pieces that were soul aligned came true:
- He’s beautiful inside and out
- He’s spiritually awake
- He has a heart of gold
- Our soul purposes align
- We love each other as God/Goddess
- Our desire for birthing star children aligns
Is it important that I look like Barbie or that he’ll be my Ken? Nahhhh.
Will Jack look like a GQ model always and forever? Sometimes he does actually, but as we turn gray some day together, I won’t care about the fact that he doesn’t always scrub his back. Plus, I am starting to get more cellulite and I have to love myself there.
What I am most excited about is the way that he makes me feel, and how I get to make him feel. I am an empath, and so is he; so it pays of to bliss each other out. We adore and love each other. We stick each other out in the hard ugly hairy scary moments.
What’s more is that I am so ready to collaborate deeply with our soul purposes in business, with the new earth eco village dreams I have had, and in raising children. What can I say is more sacred than these pieces? I am lucky, and proud that my Twin Flame is a perfect reflection of me and I will continue to do my very best to live myself and of course thus love him too!

| Hi Beloved, I have an announcement… It feels exciting and scary to share with you here, but here goes: I finally unionized with my Twin Flame! What is the fastest way to your Twin Flame, the ultimate beloved?
I’m a Twin Flame Matchmaker, and I have seen it all. Many women I have worked with have attracted a Twin Flame runner, or even a Twin Flame Counterfeit–someone who looks like the part in every way, but who runs and who cannot sustain a long-term healthy relationship.
