It was somewhere around 8am and I was deep in sleep….
My angels were having a chat with me, as they often do when I am in head-to-the-pillow-bliss and not ready to awaken to the ‘real world.’ I used to be afraid of encountering angels, but now I love being bothered by them! It’s such a luxury ‘problem.’ Before my Twin Flame Dark Night of the Soul, I rarely got to communicate with these beloved beings.
I’d shut them out because it was beyond what I was willing to accept, mentally or otherwise… but since I have gone through a soul awakening over the past few years, and passed through darkness through to the Light/other side, I have been able to open my awareness to angelic consciousness. Channeling angelic frequencies happens seemingly naturally now, and I want everyone to be able to do this.
I highly recommend a Power Pet during sleep. Having my chi-beagle Hazel, my shamanic spirit guide dog by my side when I sleep, I feel much safer to surrender during sleep. I highly recommend the power of animal healing guides when working with angelic consciousness.
Perhaps when we are no longer afraid of the angelic consciousness, and have learned that ‘they’ are simply a part of us, representing our highest awareness, we can integrate them into one strain of consciousness.

Remember, the word memory comes from Ancient Hebrew. Mem Ohr – memory: where Mem meant “water” and Ohr “light/spirit.” The 432 hz sound is carried in harmonized water. Salt, wave like motions, and the 432 hz tuning fork heals the water, and this crystalized water can heal your body and align you with Twin Flame Love.

Did you know that the basic life-sustaining element water can help you attract your Twin Flame?
Water is the most juicy form of healing medicine for creating magic, miracles, and attracting your heart’s desires through the Law of Attraction. Before, (and also during) working with water to attract your Twin Flame, start with a Twin Flame meditation of your choice.
Water helps you amplify the Twin Flame Law of Attraction where what you put out in your heart-mind out into the universe, attracts what you desire. As above, so below! As within your consciousness, as within the consciousness within the water, which turns to materialized wishes come true. Why else have we been throwing coins into fountains for centuries, have we used holy water, and in every religion/spiritual tradition water is used in sacred ceremonies and for shamanic healing? Here are some helpful healing things to know about water:
- Water is the most cleansing element, both energetically and physically, for the human body (smoke and mud are great too, and you’ll find those in native spa rituals, but not as much as water)
- Water holds language, sound, light, and energy like a library or memory card with the 432 hz frequency
- A 432 hz tuning fork sound healing can create resonance for a Twin Flame Reunion
- Water healing can activate the DNA to hold a Twin Flame frequency
- Water holds ancient sacred mem ohr – Ancient Hebrew for ‘water spirit’ or records within the sacred geometry of a water crystal, which is the same as a silicon computer chip that stores memory
- You can download your prayers into the water to amplify your prayers
- Water itself is an angel, and Sulis is a water Goddess you can pray to
- Praying by a lake or pond or even the ocean is incredibly powerful
- Water nurtures the body, especially warm water; it can relax and expand the muscles and capillaries which promotes blood flow and energy flow which raises the vibration of the energy field
- Regular baths promote happiness and alleviate depression (add aromatherapy, salts, herbs, clay, and flower petals!)
- Adding salt to water and/or using a 432 hz tuning fork crystalizes the water to the sacred geometry where yin-meets-yang (the Star of David), where the H2O is aligned like a honey-comb liquid lattice

All you have to do to attract your Twin Flame is be in bliss in all seven chakras
The Law of Twin Flame Attraction states that in order to meet and marry your Twin Flame, you must meet, marry, and integrate yourself first. This takes aligning yourself in a healthy and loving way on all levels: body, mind, and spirit, and in all 7-chakras. When your aura sings at the seven-chakra sweet song of your own soul, your soulmate ‘hears’ it telepathically and you both can connect with each other through your (shared) Higher Self, as Twin Flames share the same Higher Self.
Phew! Sounds kinda tough, right? For most 30 and 40-something women, we struggle within something big in our lives, that we haven’t been able to completely overcome. Whether it’s an issue with our body image, self-esteem, sugar-addiction, financial issue, relationship addiction, fear of being vulnerable, etc., our past still haunts us and blocks us from our Twin Flame attraction.
A CUPCAKE TO TWIN FLAME ACTIVATE!
The thing I see blocking my clients most frequently regarding Twin Flame Love is the wounded Inner Child. Therefore, I have devoted an entire blog about…CUPCAKES!! A cupcake to Twin Flame Activate. Yep, with a sprinkle of magic, the sweetness of the Universe, and a little goddess elbow grease, you can have your Twin Flame cake, and eat it too.
I HEART cupcakes. It’s been an obsession since forever, and it got worse when they became a trend back in 2008. What is it about these tiny individual sized portions of cake that makes me feel so in love? Is it their little sweet mountaintops of pure rich creamy sugar? The cuteness of their mini-size? I wonder: how does one go on living without one tiny little cupcake every so often, when they are so cute, so nurturing, happy-hormone producing, and reminiscent of five-year-old birthday parties?
As I sit here writing and nibbling on a cupcake, I feel compelled to share my theory: no matter how you frost it, indulging in things that bring you joy (and in my case today it’s cuppies), allows us to exude light and bliss to the world which…WHAM helps you attract whatever we want, which includes our Twin Flame. Bliss is simply another term for Twin Flame Love; amping up the bliss revs up our Twin Flame energies as well.
Great cupcakes are better than so-so sex with the wrong partner.
I wanted to tell you: cupcake therapy is one totally acceptable and awesome way to nurture and celebrate your Inner Child. And a happy Inner Child within the adult makes a happier, sexier, more grounded whole woman. Hence, whole adult woman+happy inner child = sexy soulmate magnet material. So if you are every bit as passionate about these tiny little gems as I am, eat up (maybe like once or twice a week?), enjoy every morsel, and in doing so you are a few bites closer to Mr. Right!
Interview with a cupcake. If cupcakes could talk, or at least the cupcakes that I eat could talk, here is what they would say. And my take on the matter too…
RANDOM CUPCAKE SECRETS 101
1) When eating a cupcake, you don’t ever have to grow up
When you eat us cupcakes, it’s OK to momentarily say to yourself “I don’t wanna grow up!” And it’s TRUE! For those parts of yourself that want to stay and enjoy being childlike. Let me state it bluntly to your Inner Child: 
You don’t. Ever. Have to. Growing up!
The parts of yourself that are ready to grow up will grow up, but your inner child may never want to do that! So live with it kiddo, take another bite, and enjoy the sugary rush as the frosting stickies your fingertips. If you decide to grow up, the tiny tike in you, you will only do so out of sheer excitement anyway.
Allowing yourself to be a child in the appropriate spaces, allows for her (your Inner Child) to have special time to shine and enjoy life. You will then have more “inner mom freedom” and energy to focus on adult projects with more efficiency and pleasure. Trust me: there’s nothing like an unhappy, nagging inner child while you’re on an adult date, trying to work, or trying to workout at the gym!
2) Little shameless pleasures
Be that little girl smeared with frosting writhing in joy and sheer pleasure. To the Inner Child, the concept of anything but “me me me,” being the moment, and sensory stimuli doesn’t exist. She is shameless about her self-love to the extreme. She doesn’t care about diets or what boys think of her yet.
As a sensual woman, you need stimulation. You need to give yourself to have shameless pleasure. Try eating a cupcake practicing a shamelessness in the way you eat it. Don’t judge yourself about the calories, the crumbs, the speed. Just do it to pleasure yourself and notice what you feel.
3) Create community like cupcakes do
Yo, we cupcakes come in batches, and while we’re independent, we’re part of a tribe. And so are you! You need to have your soul-family tribe around you to create the same sort of sweet-treat life that we cupcakes have.
Creating community is an important step in building a Twin Flame relationship, as it will support the relationship, prevent codependency and boredom, and keep the energy real fresh! Never get your relationship get stale, and always frost it with a good dose of dancing, community spiritual gathering, and celebrating!
4) Colorful treats really do make life sweet…in moderation.
The bright pretty artificial cupcake frosting, though now we know may be cancerous, seems so nurturing to the inner child! Solution: find healthy ways to add fun and color into your life. I make a mean batch of gluten-free chocolate cupcakes with coconut milk based frosting that is tinted bright PINK with raspberry juice. Organic raspberries on top and a few chocolate shavings for contrast, and you have a very pretty all-natural cupcake. I’ve even made them with organic coconut sugar, it’s low-glycemic, so you don’t get the sugar rush or trigger sugar-related health issues as much.
Find ways to take the good stuff from childhood, and convert the “bad stuff” into good stuff. I also integrate color into my life everywhere. My house. My gym bag. My clothes. My tooth brush. Being an adult doesn’t mean you have to switch over to brown, black, grey, navy, and white. Just because you’re all grown up in age doesn’t mean that you have to turn into a boring old man! Cupcakes are here to remind us that it’s OK to allow your true colors to shine through, especially the funny frilly pink and bright ones that get edited out say when you’re in a job interview or on a first date.
Dare: I dare you my little Cupcake, as the bright, fun, sexy woman you are, to try wearing something bright and colorful to your next first date, or evening soiree. Rock the neon pink earrings, the swirly bright blue dress. Be unafraid, let your Inner Cupcake and Inner Child shine and you’ll only attract men who are free and fun with their inner little one!

You met a guy, a crush, and you’re feeling it. He melts your heart and maybe your panties too. But is it safe to proceed? You’ve been badly hurt before and don’t want to ride that roller coaster again. So is he a real Twin Flame Fox, or just a Big Bad Wolf? Here’s how to tell…
Ignite your intuition!
ATTENTION: This guy could be a hippie big bad wolf in disguise and might be a player playing flower-child!Let your intuition decide!
The first thing is that you have to trust your intuition. From the outside, Twin Flame Foxes and Big Bad Wolves can appear the same, which is why you need a more spiritually refined gage, a metaphysical-man-thermometer of sorts.
There is nothing worse than getting stunned by the surprise bite of a wolf. The bite-and-run…I have seen it repeatedly. Really great-seeming guys who turn into wolves overnight when they get triggered by something that opens them to their insecurities.
Especially things like early childhood traumas, hidden subconscious energies, and financial issues. From one day to the next, they can go from sweet and soft healer-types, to cold and heartless Twin Flame runners. Ouch! That’s why it’s important to go slow so that you have time to see if you’re building your trust with the right partner. We are manifesting these bite-and-runs because they are simply reflecting our subconscious childhood wounds that need healing. Heal it, and move onto the next with better intuition next time!
Intuition is key. However, as women, we have all kinds of codependence issues and we fall in love too easily, lose our psychic space, so intuition can get overridden by our $h*t. That’s why I suggest going slow and read the signs better until you become a metaphysical-man-thermometer pro!
Slow down and shop for sustainable sexiness
A real fox is more than sexy on the outside. He’s more than just talk about spirituality, intimacy, and relationships. He has a sustainable sexiness. He’s there for you, and sticks with you through the dark periods. Doesn’t leave you for bust, and definitely doesn’t drop you for other ladies when you ‘get too complicated.’ Nope. He adores your complexity, adores your brilliance, and enjoys the depth of your Divine Feminine Love.
A True Twin Flame Fox can offer you the 3Cs, he can: communicate, connect, and commit. Otherwise Mr. Fox is going to turn you on, get your kundalini motor running, open your heart, and leave you hot, hurt, and dry, and burning for more when you can’t get it. For most women (there are exceptions), this isn’t the most pleasurable experience. We get attached and want to bond, and a runner is painful to our Divine Feminine loving energies.
Some Big Bad Wolves keep you in the relationship to feed off of your spirit, and enjoy your codependent tendencies. Beware! If you don’t see the 3Cs present in the relationship and he’s still around, think about whether or not you’re trapped in a love-illusion. When you’re trapped in codependence, there’s no room for growth, leadership, true connection or intimacy, because the relationship is based on fear, jealousy, and limitation.
A real True Twin Fox is only truly sexy when he’s really there for you, cares, and shows up fully. Even if it’s for a short-term relationship, he’s there with good communication and is 100%. He honors you as a goddess, communicates, loves who you are, and can speak with you about the future. He can tell you his fears, his desires, and you can decide like an adult if they align with your goals.
For instance, if you are looking for your Twin Flame and you’re dating someone who tells you he’s not looking for long term and just wants to “see where it goes,” get out. Get out now! You are not looking for self-esteem S&M, are you? You deserve the best. If you’re looking for a LTR (long term relationship), you deserve Twin Flame Love as a High-Healed Priestess. Beware the Big Bad Wolf
A big bad wolf is just bad for you; he opens old wounds, tears up your tender parts, doesn’t empathize with you, and he usually leaves you in the dust. You find his abandonment atrocious and attractive at the same time, because it feels like your familiar childhood pain.
Familiarity=love in our subconsciousness.
Maybe does it over and over again. Big Bad Wolfs are karmic soulmates and Twin Flame Counterfeits. While he’s not necessarily bad to the bone, he’s a part of your shadow showing you where you need healing. Twin Flame Runners are big bad wolves and I see that most of them are usually Twin Flame Counterfeits and never come back. I’ve worked with LOTS of women who have had TF runners; 95% don’t come back and aren’t the real deal.
We are attracted to Twin Flame Runners because our subconscious Divine Feminine energies resonate with the vibration of abandonment by the Divine Masculine. It’s an ancient memory and trauma held in our collective. We as Little Shakinas (daughters of the Divine Feminine) keep replaying the traumas in our lives and blaming ourselves, but it’s simply an old trauma-pattern that needs to be looked at, loved, and released. You are ready to heal. Your relationship failures, men leaving you, abandoning you for other women is not you. It’s not even a failure! It’s just a pattern revealing itself for healing. It’s a stuck pattern. Why else would you want to date “bad boys” when there are really great eligible men out there for you? Don’t let your Divine Feminine abandonment baggage get in the way! It’s over 5,000 years old and doesn’t have to exist anymore! Let’s unstick the pattern…
