Several months ago, my Twin Flame and I went through Hell and back. Both of us come from lineages where verbal abuse was the norm. We’d been flying through predominantly peaceful skies…until my dad went into the hospital and both of us were immensely stressed. Taking three months off from work harmed our health, energy, emotions, and finances.

My beloved’s verbal turbulence seemed to come out of nowhere!

In under a month, we were able to clear some deep and painful verbal abuse patterns in our relationship.

This video is probably going to be painful to watch. We are not masters or experts in maintaining a relationship; we merely help single women call in their Twin Flame/ultimate soulmate. It was painful for us to make and share this video with you, but we feel it was important step in healing not only our patterns and blocks, but to free others from shame and fear.

The video is also about healing family patterns, abuse patterns, and emotional dysfunction. It’s time to let go of the shame, and to up our game together in the new relationship paradigm tribe.

In fact, I had angel feathers, crazy synchronicity, 11:11s, instant so-called Twin Flame Recognition, and tons of fireworks! I fell instantly in love and we thought we’d get married within a few months. That was until we fell into a traumatic situation, and his love died immediately, and he ditched me (quite literally in a ditch, but that’s a story for another time!).

The reason it died is because I wasn’t fully prepared for my Twin Flame. The signs I share in the above video are real: they’re practical, based on experience, and solid. They’ll tell you whether or not YOU are ready for your Twin, and if you’re not ready DO NOT go out and try to meet him yet, or you’ll be the one who is burned!

Have you ever wondered if there’s really a difference between a “Twin Flame,” a “soulmate,” or a “Karmic Soulmate?”

I know I have… And with all the varying opinions out there, it can be super confusing…

How do we make sense of all this conscious relationship jargon?!

The term “Twin Flame” has been a trending buzz word, and there’s a deluge of content coming out on the web, in books, and in the world. Yet the Twin Flame concept is not new age, and stems back before Adam and Eve, for it is based on quantum physics and polarity, what the Eastern mystics called yin and yang.

Today  there is a lot of confusion around the difference between Twin Flames, soulmates, and Karmic Soulmates. I have been amidst the confusion, and I believe we’re all waking up in this dream together.

The video above is aimed to help you get clarity on the terms, and to inspire your Twin Flame awakening…

Experiencing Twin Flame Love is like tasting the nectar of the god/goddess.

However, just because you are having a Twin Flame Love awakening experience with someone, it does NOT mean that he or she is your Twin Flame. This person might just be your “Twinspiration,” or someone who is calling this energy out of you. This can be a Karmic Soulmate or other type of soulmate (a friend even!).

Love knows no limits.

While it can be useful to know the difference between different types of soulmate categories, I urge you to ask deeper and more important questions as well, such as “What does true love feel like?” or “What does Twin Flame Love mean to me?”

There are some that believe you must understand the Twin Flame Theory in order to obtain your ultimate soulmate. However, others believe that love is love, no matter what you call it.

Interestingly, I once interviewed a former client, who stated the importance of using the term Twin Flame vs. soulmate. She said that she almost immediately called in her Twin Flame once she started using the term “Twin Flame” instead of  “soulmate.” They moved in quickly, got married, and have a daughter.

A Dark Night of the Soul is one of the most intensive and challenging awakening experiences one could ask for.
The experience of a Dark Night feels like a death that will never end, and may be considered just as significant and difficult as going through a death–for though the body does not die, a part of the soul is indeed dying.
Though harrowing, the Dark Night is an opportunity for accelerated learning and growth at the soul level.

What Is a Twin Flame Dark Night of the Soul?

The Twin Flame Dark Night of the Soul is inspired by a severance of a powerful soul bond, a connection with either a Karmic Soulmate, a Twin Flame Counterfeit, or a Twin Flame Runner.

5 Symptoms of a Twin Flame Dark Night of the Soul

  1. You feel like you’re gonna die… But worse.
  2. It feels like you’re trapped, and there’s no getting out. 
  3. You are obsessed – there’s a sense of urgency, anxiety, like your whole life is going to be ruined, forever.
  4. You might have childhood memories coming up, in dreams, latent memories, or manifesting experiences similar to childhood traumas.
  5. There’s a feeling of pain or trauma in your nervous system. You may be hit by panic attacks, depression, and hopelessness, even if you don’t have a history of it.
The experience, as with any type of Dark Night of the Soul, feels like a death, a very painful loss of (a) a real part of your own soul, or annihilation of the ego, and (b) it feels like the ultimate grievance of a soulmate.
A Twin Flame Dark Night of the Soul is one of the most painful types of losses, and it can last varying amounts of time, and can take some years to recover from the loss.
The experience of losing a Karmic Soulmate, a Twin Flame Counterfeit, or Twin Flame Runner can feel more painful than losing a loved one. For it’s as if they have died and will never come back, but they are right there, maybe even living near you or on social media, and it’s a reminder that your bond has been broken!
If you are going through a Twin Flame Dark Night of the Soul, you will feel it and know it. I commend you for the courage–your soul has chosen to take this path and it is not easy. Yet with the right support, healing energy, and the proper next steps, your soul may be about to flourish in ways it never has before in any of its incarnations!
