And it could be that you are happily single, but getting closer to understanding what Twin Flames are, or perhaps you’ve entered into a special union and you want to learn more about what your soul has called in…
Or maybe you’re as lost and clueless as I was about Twin Flames several years back, before I became obsessed with Twin Flames, and with finding mine.
This article goes beyond the aspect of defining “What is a Twin Flame?” as I have defied in other articles and Twin Flame videos. In this blog, I attempt to define the concept of Twin Flame Love, and share my viewpoint on how Twin Flame Love enters the Twin Flame Union.
It is my hope that this short post will help you understand, call in, and awaken your Twin Flame Love partnership like I did, so you can have a heart that is fully satiated, and so that you can give back to the planet and live on soul purpose!
So, What Is Twin Flame Love?
Twin Flame Love is a Source Energy that holds an energetic alignment of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine polarities.
Essentially, Twin Flame Love is a type of divine or heart-balanced energy that can be channeled into all areas of life.
It’s where Divine Feminine Love is aligned with Divine Masculine Light.
Or as I put it, FLAME = Feminine Love Aligned with Masculine Energy

Let’s Look at Twin Flame Alchemy
Let’s talk about Twin Flame energy and how this aligns with ancient alchemical principles.
In the Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus, which is a short occult work, it states the well-known phrase: “As above, so below, as within.”
Or, in accuracy, the actual statement was: “That which is Below corresponds to that which is Above, and that which is Above corresponds to that which is Below, to accomplish the miracle of the One Thing.”
This means that the microcosm is oneself, and the macrocosm is the universe… where macrocosm (the Universe) is as the microcosm (the Youniverse) and vice versa. Thus, each lies within the other like a yin-yang symbol with smaller yin-yangs inside.
By understanding one’s self (the Youniverse microcosm) a beloved may understand the macrocosm universe, and understand the other beings inside of it, including one’s Twin Flame.
Thus, if we apply this principle to understand Twin Flame Love, we realize that to align with Twin Flame Love, we must align with the love of the universe, which is composed of two polar energies, which is the Yin and Yang or Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies…
Twin Flame Energy and the Yin Yang Theory
I used to be a student of Traditional Chinese Healing, and in the tradition it is thought that everything in the universe is composed of Divine Feminine (yin) and Divine Masculine (yang) energies that balance out each other through polarity.
Here are the general qualities of yin and yang:
Yin – general qualities are dark, cold, watery, hollow, internal, based on the past, behind, subconscious, intuitive, amorphous, circular, wavy, emotional, flowy. Yin is related to the Earth and to the moon.
Yang – light, hot, fiery, solid, external, future-based, in front, conscious, logical, consistent, square, linear, nonemotional, direct. Yang is related to the sun and stars.
There is no separation of yin and yang, and yin lives within yang, and vice versa. Thus, in a similar sense, you live within your Twin Flame, and your Twin Flame lives within you…
Note that we are all made up of yin and yang, both men and women have Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine qualities in our bodies, minds, and spirits.
The goal is to balance all aspects of ourselves with yin and yang, and balance our 11 Twin Flame Chakras. For instance, in general, many people tend to be imbalanced in their root chakras regarding money, where it tends to be either a masculine forcing it energy, or an overly feminine flowy energy that can become ungrounded.
Side note: As a Twin Flame Matchmaker, I have found that women healers in general must learn to anchor their divine abundance with solid masculine structures in order to make money and call in their beloved.
Twin Flame Love Signs
I teach my clients that they are ready for their Twin Flame ONLY once they see the entire universe as their beloved. What does that mean?
I know it sound and can be quite frustrating to embrace everyone and everything under the sun with love. But believe me, though not easy, it is possible. The motto for Aphrodite University is “Love Conquers All” which is Amor Vincit Omnia in Latin and goes back to ancient times. It’s,also translated to “Love Heals All,” which I know to be true.

How to Call in Twin Flame Love
In order to stoke the flames and call in an energy of Twin Flame Love, all it takes is love.
It simply takes connecting to Love, which means allowing your limited Youniverse to connect with the limitless Source Creator.
Where most of us get stopped up is that we feel not good enough to receive love, we feel not good enough…
Most of us feel “not God enough” for our Twin Flames!
This needs to change. We awakened beings, holders of the Flame must awaken to Divine Love and not hold ourselves and our soul missions back by the oldest story in the book that tells us there’s an angry God looking over us, and that if we make one wrong move we’ll be sent to Hell. We won’t!
The Universe is made up of one thing that is divided into the polarity of Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. As a High-Healed Priestess (healer in heels) I would say that the most common mistake that stops people from calling in and nurturing their Twin Flame Sacred Union is the lack of integration between their feminine and masculine qualities.
That’s where I got stuck, and what slowed/stopped me for years from getting what I wanted. Until I hired a mentor who helped me with my love blocks, and a business coach who helped me get out of wealth blocks, I simply could not manifest my Twin Flame because I was so out of energetic alignment!
It’s not easy to get through those splits in our soul, places where our Sacred Feminine has gone underground due to thousands of years of patriarchal rule. The healing work can be challenging, lonely, and I know what it’s like to go through a Dark Night of the Soul.
However, there is support, and I would be happy to support you as a woman who has gone through it all and overcome most of it, and will continue healing every step of the way.

Then you start dating the wrong people, lowering the bar and feeling desperate, feeling sorry for yourself, and doing silly things like staying in on Friday night with Ben and Jerry’s instead of following your heart’s deepest desires! Let me clarify that I am not saying that you have to be happy with being single forever; I am just saying that a happy girl will attract more happiness and at the divinely perfect moment, a happy partnership. So do whatever it takes to be happy: join activities, social groups, exciting organizations that get your energy running fast. Choose to stay positive! Get your life moving in the fast lane….Work that body and get a good sweat on with daily workouts with a few breaks a week. Listen to music that pumps you up – you know, those sexy songs that make you wanna go look in the mirror and dance and check yourself out. You gotta start to feel like the bell of the ball in your own universe, and this will make the others’ heads turn and hearts beat in your rhythm.
To manifest your Twin Flame, really dive deep into celebrating life! It’s short anyways, and the sooner you get into the positive vibration, you will bring in a partner who reflects this love for life! Do you want to attract someone who is stuck and lonely? Then start collaging the relationship and life that you’re ready to be leading, and feel yourself manifesting it into 3D as you put together your creation down. Think of it as a BLI$$ness plan for your love life! Vivid pictures will implant subconscious messages in your mind. Don’t worry if this sounds abstract or weird, I have lots of clients who question the assignment but swear by it afterward when what they’ve collaged shows up in their life.
Tip # 2 Declutter Your Past
The past is what holds our icky relationship limitation stuff. You gotta take out the trash! Though the past serves us as a teacher, teaching us what we want and what we don’t, the past is also where I see people holding onto old blockages that slow down the Twin Flame manifestation. Remember that there is nothing but the now, and you want to get a high vibrating happy life now! It’s time to create a new canvas by letting go of old childhood pain, things that represent awkward times in your life, sad times, and past relationships. Keep the gems of these experiences, but let go of anything that does not serve you now.
Decluttering time! Why keep around all those old FB pics of exes, or the scarf from the Amalfi Coast he gifted you on your birthday (I know it’s cute but get rid of it already!) when it just reminds you of the sad breakup afterward? Go and release anything that represents struggle, relationship strife, or any old attachment to someone that will compete or inhibit your Twin Flame relationship from coming in. Think of everything…you might even want to let go of that expired last name from your ex husband!
Go through all aspects of your life: declutter each of the rooms in your home, let go of anything not working for you in your current friendships, reevaluate your career, upgrade your lingerie collection, and go through all your clothes. Release anything that’s not an 7 out of 10 or more in your life! Let go of anything that doesn’t fit you like a glove for the absolutely joyful and magnificent Twin Flame relationship you’re calling in. It’s time to create your life your way, a portal of bliss. Lots of women prepare for their Twin Flames by becoming man-pleasers, but they only end up in men who expect them to do one thing: please them! Design a life of pleasure surrounding you that pleases you first, and you will have a very happy man like a bee buzzing around your flower in BLI$$!
Tip #3 Radical Self-Acceptance
I know that this tip seems like it’s going to contradict the ones above, but that’s the beauty of radical self-acceptance! You are perfect the way you are! This one is such a fun paradox. The reality is, when you meet and marry your Twin Flame, you will be married to each others’ imperfections for life (we hope!) and this means that you’re going to have to learn how to accept yourself first. Sure it’s nice to try to be a happy superhuman all the time, and it’s a fun game to see how much you can grow and become a super goddess. Yet you are simply a human! And we get things like bad breath, bad credit, and bad kinky thoughts. So what!? So does every other living breathing thing, and the sooner we accept this, the sooner we can move forward and celebrate.

Applying Twin Flame Law of Attraction to attract your Twin Flame or soulmate is great, but you can’t do it using Twin Flame affirmations, visualization and energy work alone. Mr. or Ms. Right won’t show up up on your doorstep unless you put in a little effort in the ‘real world’ too. Here are four sizzling hot tips to help you meet your Twin Flame fast by playing big, bold, and fearlessly in your Twin Flame dating world!
Tip Number One: Just get the F$%k out There!
I know you might not want to face it, but you’ve gotta start taking action and get moving, shaking, and dating if you haven’t been lately. The molecules should be dancing and spinning at an ‘I am dating and ready!’ frequency in order for your Twin Flame to arrive in your world. We High-Healed Priestesses can often get lazy when it comes to dating because we get stuck in the spiritual world and often hide there. We make vision boards, write our Twin Flame affirmations, and never get around to actually dating…
Who cares if you’re pretty, popular, or perfect? You deserve love now because you are a Divine creation of the Creator!
Take bold little steps every day. For instance, when you’re in line at the grocery store and like someone, casually chat with him/her. Or even ask him out! Flirt with people by asking them where they got their clothes. Men often like really dumb questions, so don’t get hung up on the words. A simple smile often will do to get things started.
One of my favorite pick up lines that really works is saying this word with a smile: “Hi!”
My friend Rhea needed to snag her crush before he walked out of the door on the night we did her Twin Flame activation ritual (we were in a pub and it seemed as if her crush was going to leave soon). I told her to run up to him fast and talk to him, and suggested she ask him something random. So she asked him if he was from Texas. He said No, he was from Sweden! Flattered by her bravery, it was love at first sight, they moved in together within a few weeks, and it made one of my favorite Twin Flame success stories success stories!
What do you have to lose? Be bold and playful. Ask him/her to ask you out. Joke and use physical touch to get his attention, even just a little pat on the back or graze of your hand on his. Men love being lightly showered with touch and attention, as do women!
Approach your fears online if it calls you
Ain’t no shame in going cyber-lovin’! Go Twin Flame online dating if you haven’t tried it lately and you feel open to it. A lot of women resist online dating, but a whopping one third of U.S. married couples met online! This third may not be you just because you decide to hit up the internet for a few dates. If you totally don’t resonate with online dating, just go onto one of the websites and “shop” for men as an exercise, women always get a giggle from this at least, and it puts us in a dating energy. You may browse OK Cupid and not even have to go on an actual date there to meet your soulmate, but the cyber dating energy can be good. It’ll help you get out there, out of your head, possibly out of your house, and back in the dating pool again if it’s been a while. I’ve heard of some women signing up on spiritual dating sites and then randomly meeting their spiritual partner offline a few days later because they put the energy out there!
Resistance to Success: Online Dating Success Story
My client Jenna hadn’t been on a date in over 6 years. Though she was an amazing goddess–smart, bright, successful, beautiful, and loved to travel, she’d hit a bad heartbreak and then a rut. Before that, she’d dated a slew of bad boyz who didn’t honor the amazingness that she is. She was so super resistant to going online dating, but I told her to get over it and just try it out. So, we worked together on getting her on *a date* to get her back into “dating shape.” So she posted her profile on OKcupid.com, and within a week she’d dated two really great guys! Her skin glowed, her confidence started coming back, and she felt sexy again. Guess what happened? Within only a few short weeks, she met handsome Seth, her awesome soulmate/Twin Flame partner and they lived pretty darn happily ever after, and have two gorgeous Starchildren.
Moral of the story: get online asap, even using Facebook as your safe playground. Especially if you haven’t tried online dating, or if you have been dateless for more than a year. Try out a new site if you have been glued to the same one and haven’t been getting results. Start taking action, it’ll get the energy moving.
Various clients and friends of mine who have been through a dating dry spell will initially get online as a tool to get the juices flowing. Then, with boosted confidence, they’ll randomly meet a guy at the coffee shop, or notice someone at work and end up dating offline, thinking “Why haven’t I met him before!?” Boys attract more boys through the Law of Male Competition. Everyone wants a queen bee. Moral of the story: online dating breeds more dating! Get out there and try it out.
Bottom line: be bold and do things you don’t normally do.
You don’t have to go online, it’s just an option. What’s more important is to just get out there and spread your love! So also do things just for you that knock your socks off, that are outside of the box. Take a salsa class, or cooking lesson, or hit up a comedy club with a new friend. Try a vegetarian meetup or start your own one. Get out of your boring daily/weekly rhythm to bring in fresh romance energy. Maybe even get far far away… Take a Twin Flame pilgrimage to that country you’ve always wanted to see! It doesn’t hurt to travel to meet your Twin Flame. Dress a little sexier if you’re normally in sweats… Do something that gets you out of the house even on a chilly day. Girl, just take your pick, make your move, and dive into bliss!

Tip Two: Don’t Worry About Getting Rejected
Although it goes against our natural instincts, getting rejected is the best medicine to attract your Twin Flame. It means that you’re able to love yourself most of all when it appears that God (or in this case, some man or human specimen) doesn’t love and adore you back.
Who cares if he doesn’t like you back?! Go find someone who will! In truth, you are God’s lovechild, and there’s no reason not to be loved… However, you do have to realize the somewhat harsh fact that you simply won’t be loved in that soulmate way by all beings because that’s just how it works – and it would be really complicated. Would you want three million karmic soulmates knocking on your door? I think not! It’s funny how obsessed we become about not being rejected, when truly the main goal should be to get accepted by our one true perfect match.
Finally, I work with many women who have suffered from body image/self-esteem issues, like I have myself. We beat ourselves up for not being perfect and convince ourselves that we have to change in order to get an attractive guy to love us. Don’t fall for it! It was all a misinterpretation from a shampoo ad campaign you watched in the 80s. Real men want real women; humans like honest and real organic beauty more than sliced and diced makeup perfection.
